Thank you for your follow-up on the matter but I am not satisfied. We have asked 2checkout to prove that these payments were fraudulent and they have not answered us.With regards to the bank transfer, please check attached email correspondence with our bank which clearly shows that 2CO did not follow proper procedure. As a result the bank returned the payment. All details are in attached email. So 2CO made a wrong transfer, then ends up debiting us for the return. And finally, we have not received any payment from 2CO, even for the non fraudulent transaction.Regards,[redacted]

Hello Kousha,Please see the answers to your refusal to accept the previous reply from 2Checkout.1.) Our main service is payment processing. As such, 2Checkout is not a party to the purchase of any product or service from the Seller. 2Checkout is not a buyer or a seller under transactions with a seller; rather, 2Checkout is an independent contractor between the buyer and the seller. 2Checkout cannot control the goods or services provided by the sellers, and does not assume liability over the goods or services sold by the sellers who utilize our services.  Additional details regarding the nature of the services we provide, and the terms under which your order was placed may be located on our website at:  https://www.2checkout.com/policies/payment-terms2.)  The text file that you received from the Seller was larger than your email account would accept, as stated in the  as "Attachment Size Limited" window.  Because of the size of the text file, your mail server could not deliver the email with the attachments intact and dumped the contents of the katayon.pdf file.   This appears not to be a deliberate act by the Seller, www.ierek.com. 3.)  In keeping with the buyer's request regarding making the the issue personal, there is no further discussion on the subject as being necessary.4.) The information on the receipt is generated by the information provided from the Seller, www.ierek.com.  As we are the payment processor only, we are not privy to all services/product services that included in the conference fee.5. ) Please reference the nature of our relationship as outlined in our answer to issue number 1.Sincerely,Beth C[redacted]

prohibited services,  (TV Services, as to which you yourself have stated), which is an item listed on our prohibited product list and is wholly unsupportable.  As this investigation revealed that masked sales for prohibited products were made through your account, account closure was warranted, and in full compliance with the terms governing your account. Hello [redacted]We do take the complaints that are received regarding the Sellers that use 2Checkout as their payment processor seriously.  At this time, our Loss Prevention Unit is investigating the issue of the Seller not responding to your inquiries. In reviewing your order, order number [redacted], I do see where you have initiated a chargeback through your funding source for your PayPal account on July 17th.  Please allow a few days for this process to complete.Sincerely,Beth Cobbs[redacted]2Checkout

Hello  [redacted]2Checkout is not supporting cyberlocker businesses, or file sharing businesses. A cyberlocker is an online entity that provides file storing and file sharing services for media files and data, internet services specifically  designed to host user files. Cyberlockers allow users...

to upload files that then can be accessed by either the content provider or other users who obtain some level of authentication (such as via a password).  Unfortunately, the services on your website that you offer, (SATA, SAS & SSD Storage), fall under this definition and we are not able to support your website.Sincerely,Beth C[redacted]2Checkout

The seller reply is not any answer to solve the issue. They are simply saying: "I am not answering you or checking your case because you have opened a dispute in PayPal". They are not even willing to check my case or the payment. It is so weird that they are punishing me as their client because of opening a dispute through my financial institute regarding this transaction. did I done something inappropriate? There is a time limit to open a dispute on a transaction, and I have done it on its deadline for an invalid charge. So, is there any conflict between Revdex.com case and opening a dispute in PayPal?Their answer in PayPal today after 11 days:Hello [redacted],We regret that you have not yet heard from the Merchant and have contacted them again to make them aware of the situation. If you do not hear from them or the feel that the issue has not been resolved within 48 hours, please escalate this ticket to PayPal. Thank you, 2Checkout Dispute Resolution Team- So, me as their customer, is receiving no answer. I kindly ask the 2Checkout team to check my case and let me know the result.Regards,

Hello [redacted]The email in the PDF file that you provided was dated on July 8th, Craig contacted you on July 9th, in response to the email, requesting that you contact your bank requesting that they provide a corresponding bank and then update your banking information in your 2Checkout Seller account once they provide this information to you.  This of course was before your account was closed.  Your account was closed on July 23, any remaining funds in your account will be held for a period of 90 days and then reviewed for final payment.  The final review date for your account is 10/22/15.  Any funds remaining in your account will be paid out to you.Sincerely,Beth 2Checkout

The information in the response is not true.1. ACCOUNT RE-ACTIVATED AFTER REQUEST TO UPDATE PROFILE DETAILSIn its response to the complaint, 2CO tries to convince that it initially received our request to change the URL and soft descriptor on December 16, 2014, after the disputed sale, which is not true.We notified 2CO  that we would like to change the website URL and soft descriptor on August 5, 2014, writing "we want to update our website profile but some fields are locked (website address, soft descriptor). How do we update that info?"In response to that, on August 7, 2014, 2CO replied that our account was reviewed and activated for sales. It also notified us that the URL that they had on file was [redacted].com and soft descriptor was [redacted] and asked us if that information was correct. On November 13, 2014, in response to the above 2CO's message, we informed 2CO that the information it has on file is not correct and requested that the URL and soft descriptor be updated: "So, answering your questions above, the new website is http://www.[redacted].[redacted] and the soft descriptor should be [redacted]." Therefore, 2CO has had knowledge of the new URL and soft descriptor since November 13, 2014, before the account was re-activated.On November 14, 2014, 2CO replied: "We have re-activated your account effective immediately!" After getting this response, we switched our payment gateway to 2CO in December and sold the first item via 2CO on December 14, 2014. After that sale, we noticed in transaction details that our URL and soft descriptor were still not updated by 2CO and, therefore, we contacted them and requested once again to update their records on December 16, 2014.In other words, 2CO re-activated our account after we requested that our URL and soft descriptor be updated and, therefore, we reasonably believed that our new website is approved for sale.2. NO REPLICAS OFFERED FOR SALEIn its response, 2CO states that the new website was not approved because we allegedly sell replica of [redacted] which is also not true. We sell only genuine [redacted] devices and genuine accessories for [redacted]. The sold item was also genuine sunshades for [redacted]. Evidence of this can be provided upon your request.Based on the above, we believe that 2CO deliberately misrepresented information in its response by omitting relevant facts. Moreover, there is nothing that could lead 2CO to assume that we sell replicas. As a proof of the above statements, we have attached our correspondence with 2CO and photos of the original item sold to the client.

Hello Gabriel,The report that we mentioned was not created by 2Checkout but by the  credit card providers. They had notified 2Checkout that these orders were reported as fraudulent transactions.  This report contains sensitive information that not only includes the information on your transactions that were reported as fraud but also for other Seller accounts which had transactions reported as fraud.  Due to security reasons we cannot forward this document to you.  The 3 fraudulent orders, [redacted], and [redacted]), were issued a refund to the funding source that was used to place the orders. You do have access to your account and the information for each of the 4 orders that were placed through your account. We contacted you on July 9th, stating that there may have been an issue with the intermediary (corresponding) bank, (this is beyond our control). We requested that you verify your banking details and to check with your bank to see if they can provide you with a corresponding bank to add to your banking profile.  We did not receive an answer from you regarding the corresponding bank.Your account was closed on July 23, any remaining funds in your account will be held for a period of 90 days and then reviewed for final payment.  The final review date for your account is 10/22/15.  Any funds remaining in your account will be paid out to youSincerely,Beth C[redacted]

On August 7, 2014, you were advised that your account was approved and fully activated for the website URL; http://www[redacted].com, with the soft descriptor of [redacted], under the company name of Unex Management SErvices, INC.  (This was in response to your Seller account not approved to...

sell at the time, due to the inactivity of the account). You contacted us on November 13, 2014, stating that your account was still inactive.  This was addressed on November 14th, by a 2Checkout Representative advising you that your account had been placed in a dormant status and you will need to create a test sale to reactivate your Seller account.  On November 21, 2014, you placed a test sale through your approved URL, http://www[redacted].com, to prevent your Seller account from going dormant again. On Tuesday December 16, 2014, you stated that you would like to change your domain name from [redacted].com to [redacted].[redacted], and wanted to change your soft descriptor from [redacted] to [redacted].  Our Risk Department replied to your request on Wednesday, December 17, with the below message:"Unfortunately, 2Checkout cannot support the products being sold from https://[redacted].[redacted]. 2Checkout does not support replicas. Unfortunately, you will have to find an alternative payment solution for this website. Please remove 2Checkout from the site at your earliest opportunity and let us know when this is completed so that we can re-review and reactive the account. Furthermore, please note that selling from an unapproved website or an unapproved product is a serious violation of our Terms of Service. Future violations may result in sales suspension or even account closure. Please confirm that you can comply with our Terms of Service. Thank you for your time and attention with the matter.”This was due the products being sold from https://[redacted].[redacted]/, were prohibited.  The product is a replica of [redacted] and thus could present serious legal issues.  Your account was never activated for the website https://[redacted].[redacted]/.As for the order that was placed through https://[redacted].[redacted]/, as it was a prohibited product with serious legal liabilities, we could not allow the order to be accepted, and we advised you to contact your buyer and arrange an alternative payment method.
