I kept waiting for a snag because everything was going so well, but it never happened. Also, all staff I worked with was professional, accommodating, and considerate....qualities you don't find very much anymore. Four Brothers was very professional in dealing with us. The initial visit resulted in an offer that was quite reasonable, and they worked with us to move items from the property. We also had to arrange for multiple parties to sign off at closing and they were quite willing to work those arrangements out with us.

4 Brothers were both efficient & professional! They worked with us and had our interests at heart, even when it may not have been the most profitable for them. But in the end we both profited and we were delighted with the process and the no pressure approach to selling our home. The Process was quick and very Professional. The Staff from the beginning helped me through the Process efficiently and also accommodated my work schedule by sending the Notary to me to sign the Closing papers.

My senior mother decided this past fall 2019 that she wanted to live closer to her daughter in the Virginia Beach.
In order to do this, she needed to sell here home in Washington D.C.
However, she was not interested in having a for sale sign placed on her property, getting her home ready for the market or having strangers walking through her home.
And if this wasn’t enough, she also needed to do this before her mid December 2019 new home closing date.
Going through the traditional real sales services route was not an option and we needed an alternative solution.
Therefore, we decided that an all cash buyer would be the way to go.
We had originally decided to research and work with an all cash buyer that had purchased and completed a renovation on the house next door.
It seemed ideal.
Unfortunately, due to their buyer sales contact, our attorney recommended us not to proceed with the deal.
It was back to the drawing board and that’s when a friend of my sister referred us to another cash buyer.
It was Kevin at 4 Brother’s and he was able to meet all of our above demands.

I could not have chosen a better team to sell a family home. After calling 4 Brothers, Kevin met me at the property shortly after and did a thorough walk through. I was thinking about a price for the home that was in need of many repairs. Kevin sent a very thoughtful and comprehensive email with comps of the surrounding sales, minimum costs of the repairs that I would have to make to sell at the price I was thinking about. Then add in closing costs and commissions to a realtor and cost to take much out of the house. Truly a fair price that they offered and I was relieved to have them take care of it all. Kevin and Kim responded promptly, by email and phone, to any questions that I had. They provided a Tile Company. The representative came to my home. Smooth and satisfactory from start to finish. 4 Brothers conducts business the way it should be done. Often very hard to find a company like this. I am so fortunate that I did.
