Dear Sir or Madam:
I have closed the above-referenced case based upon the representations in the response received from Online, Inc. Since the closing of the complaint, *** *** was once again contacted regarding this issue. This time, however, the call came from a *** *** (###-###-####) who referenced a claim number #*** and stated that he was collecting a debt based upon a verbal contract made between *** *** and 411. In 411’s response to our *** complaint, *** *** was referred to a *** Conway. Perhaps this is the reason for the continued harassment, or perhaps this error in name was intentional so that they could continue to pursue *** ***.
May we reopen this complaint with the ***, rather than starting over? This individual (*** ***) called my client no less than two weeks after we closed our complaint with you

There is no mention of a letter stating closure of account This letter is needed due to amount they are trying to bill me forThe response is simply a copy and paste from previous complaints Some previous complaints have had a problem with collections agenciesA signed letter stating closure and zero balance Is not asking for anything out of the normFailing to provide letter will make my only option to close this complaint is to take this matter to a higher authorityLetter needs to contain company info not just a UPS contact mail boxIf you are truly running a legetiment business this is standard procedure.

This invoice has been already cancelled, there should be no calls coming from our company for collections

We do not have a [redacted] who works here and the ID# given is not one of our company. Please close out this complaint, as this issue has been resolved on our side.
