I don't want to keep going back and forth. Mr. [redacted] ordered this product on 9/18.  When he ordered the product, our website clearly states, (see attached) This is a 14 Day Trial. The customer must call to cancel, or they will be charged for the product.  It says the same terms and conditions on the packing slip (also attached)...

when he received the order.  The terms and conditions are clearly stated in not 1, but 2 places.  Mr. [redacted] called our office on 10/9 and questioned the charge.  The reason he was charged a restocking fee is because the 14 day Trial ended ( he was actually charged on the 20th day after he ordered), and we are not even supposed to take the products back after that.  Mr. [redacted] returned the product on 10/13 and was credited $69.95 that same day (see attached).  Mr. [redacted] states he had the bank dispute this charge.  I hope he only had them dispute $20.00 which he did not receive and not the entire $89.95 because if he did, that is a fraudulent dispute since he knows he already was credited $69.95.  I am sure Mr. [redacted] would not have tried to defraud his bank and our company.  Since he already disputed the charge, we cannot refund the remainder of $20.00.  We will have to wait and answer the dispute from the bank, which should only be for the $20.00.  If Mr. [redacted] had read the website and/or the packing slip, he would have been aware of the charge. Thank you,Lisa S[redacted]
