We just had our furnace and AC system replaced by A#AIR The installing technicians were very professional and placed floor coverings along the pathways and work areas After the install was completed, David Wain provided detail training on the new iComfort WiFi thermostat If the system works as well as the install techs did and we realize the utilities savings, we will be very happy

Today *#*ir sent Sam [redacted] to do my air conditioning system inspection He was very professional and thorough He spent hours diagnosing an issue with two of my three units He made the repairs and went the extra mile making three phone calls to *#to get me a discount on the work This was my second time using *#and I'll definitely call them again with any Heating or *ir needs
I never leave reviews but after a frustrating situation with a company trying to get our air conditioner fixed in the Texas heat, I tried A #Air and I am so happy I did! They worked me in right away, kept me up to date, sent me information on my air tech prior to arrivalOnce he arrived he walked me through what was wrong, was very friendly and even walked me through regular maintenenanceRalph was fantastic and I will definitely be using A #Air again and requesting him!

Jonathon [redacted] was very friendly and replaced my capacitor in minutesHe showed me the part that was replaced which I certainly appreciatedHe had to get onto the the 2nd floor roof which he did with no hesitationI am extremely happy about his job
