We had several guys come out from A#Air to help us with our AC unit and they were all great! They worked very hard to figure out what was wrong, drove all over town tracking down parts for us and were very flexible with my schedule I had a great experience with this company!!

We have been customers of A#Air for about or years or so; they have replaced both of our upstairs and downstairs units during this timeToday was the first time that we used their plumbing service and I have to tell everyone that they did NOT let us down on this service either [redacted] was our plumber today and he did an outstanding job replacing our bath tub hardware and plumbing [redacted] He was on time, professional, courteous, helpful and efficient [redacted] He did a thorough job in a very reasonable amount of time and their quote was far less than one of their locally well-known competitors [redacted] I felt like we were getting taken advantage of last week when the competitor gave me a quote that I refused to allow them to perform because their price was SO OVER INFLATED [redacted] Then I remembered that A#now does plumbing..should have remembered that earlier and saved myself $$ for the "other" company's trip charge that I still had to pay [redacted] Thanks again A#1, you guys have come through once again and demonstrated why you are so highly rated [redacted] Keep up the great work and you've got our business for life*
Peter Ofrom A#Air came out today to service my two A/C units Peter was very pleasant and courteous Peter showed me how I could upgrade my service for a small amount which would provide me with a much better annual service experience I would highly recommend Peter to service your equipment I hope to see him again on my next service appointment

A#Air has been my first choice for A/C, electrical and plumbing They installed a new HVAC Dual Zone system in my home two years and I couldn't be happier with the sales, installation and service I receive I just recently had some electrical work and a new water heater installed Again, the sales/service by Bubba and installation of the water heater by Jeff Land crew were great! Very friendly, courteous, cleaned up when finished and overall just a great company to do business with!

Andy Vwas very cordial and professional He answered all of my questions that I had concerning my ac unit He highly recommended my installing the NEST thermostat that I had in my possession He recommended an attic stairway tent that I could purchase at Home Depot and install myself He discovered and replaced a power contact piece while doing my biannual service Even though he was done, he took apart the outside unit to show me the new part/ and old part He also recommended ant repellant around the unit to prevent insects from occupying the space He was very helpful and knowledgeable
Service Tech showed up on-time, completed service as requested Did present other offers company had that I could purchase, but wasn't pushy in trying to get me to purchase at time of maintenance Service tech was knowledgeable and friendly
I would highly recomend A-to anyone who is in need of help with their air condition unit, to my amazement we had another co come to help with our water draining issue and they said we had a freon leak and had to have a new unit installedSo I call A-1, they checked out our unit found it to be ok and addressed the issue of drainageIt took him less than an hour to complete all that he didI am well pleased with the service tech and how he answered all my questions and reassuring me that all was wellThank you A-for being there in our time of needWe will definately use you in the future
