I called on July for a quote on service on replacing a hot water tank valveI got a call from the pluming manager Bubba at 5:pm, he gave me some assistance over the phone to see if it would helpI called him back at 5:pm an requested serviceAt 7:48pm I called Bubba to let him know I had not heard form anybody, he said he will make another callI finally got a call at 8:pm informing me I was next and will call me as soon as the tech was on his way, at 9:pm, I got another call from A#1, letting me know the tech was on his way, I informed the dispatcher that it was too late and I was going to bed, seeing I need to be up at 5amWe rescheduled for the following day after pmAt 4:pm I got a call from Jasmine letting me know that Brandon was on his way over, about mins later The teach showed up very professional, I showed him the problem and where the water main was locatedBrandon said it would take about an hour to do the jobmins later he was doneAgain the tech and plumbing manager where very professional, however the commutations with the office does need some work onI should not of needed to call Bubba a second time to find out where or when some one was going to show upI truly feel some one dropped the ball by not calling me an keeping me postedI look at this being a training issue and will be writing the company about my experience with their company
We had a problem with a noisy duct from a previous install I called A#1Air and they had a technician (Cory) out with in the hour Cory was very cordial, positive and confident I told him the problem we were having and he asked to take a look at our system which he did While he was inspecting the system and troubleshooting, he said that he found a safety issue besides what he was here for He corrected the safety issue and went back to troubleshooting the system After about minutes, he said, "Let's see how that sounds," and reset the system and everything worked as it had previously We were very pleased with Cory's work and approach Cory is an excellent employee and a real asset to A#1Air He is welcome in our home anytime
Our technician was very knowledgeable He came when he said he was coming and took care of our problem We felt he did not over charge us, and made a recommendation to follow up in the spring for a new assessment of our a/c
Very prompt, professional and polite We have used A#for over years and have always been impressed with their service This was our fist time to use the electrician and would definitely call again if need be
