Review: Placed order #XXXXXXXXXXXX on July 1st 2014. Was told that due to preorder status on several of the items order would be shipped 4-6 weeks from date ordered. It has now been in excess of 4 MONTHS. Have made numerous attempts to contact company via phone calls and emails yet has not been successful. No one answers the phone or responds to emails.Desired Settlement: I am only seeking for them to fulfill the order that has already been paid for @ time order was placed.

Review: I have placed my order with the website www.abuniverse.com and they took my money off my card and it has been almost a month and I have not received my order and despite multiple attempts to communicate with the company I have not heard from or received any update from the website about my order or had any attempt by them to resolve this issue I have demanded my money back and once again have been met with no response and I am getting very frustrated as I have expressed to them in my communications with abuniverse.com. I have ordered from this company in the past and have never had issues before, but I have never dealt with the current management they are under now. I feel as if though my money was just taken with no product to show for it please look into this company and help them fix themselves. Review: ON 01/02/2015 I placed order with abuniverse 1 case 40 count of the cushies they showed instock and order has not been shipped, I have been ordering from abuniverse for 7 years 3 years ago I ordered case of sdk 80 count the cost was $92. the billed my card for $180. I called and msg was to email them I did and sent copy of bank statement with no answer sent many emails none answered, I have got 10 packs in 3 years with tapes missing and backs opened, I mailed them back asking they get replaced or a refund but have never got a reply from them, the cost to ship them back fedex was $5 per pack, and now it has been 19 days and my order from 01/02/2015 that has been paid for has not been shipped and they have taken down the email and the phone number.Desired Settlement: I am only asking that abuniverse ship to me what I have already paid for and they have gotten the money, also the cost I had to put out to send back to them the diapers they sent to me that could not be used in any way.
