I have been tortured for years by A & E auto glass calls, and each time I request to remove my name from their distribution list, and they still keep calling.

Today I was overwhelmed with another call, and [redacted], the caller said as all the others were telling that he did not call me before. Is there any way of stopping or closing this company with their poor services stop bothering customers but improve the services and then people will be coming to them without any need to call?

I JUST SPOKE WITH THE CUSTOMER AND WE HAVE AGREED TO MATCH ANOTHER COMPANY'S OFFER OF $50.00. SO WE ARE PUTTING A CHECK IN THE MAIL...

FOR $50.00 AND THIS IS OK WITH HIM.

A & E IS MAILING A CHECK TO THE CUSTOMER FOR THE TINT. UNFORTUNETLY WE DO NOT HAVE A WINDOW TINTER THAT CAN COME TO [redacted]

I have used A&E Auto Glass for quite sometime and have been very very happy with the employees and the Installs that they have done and have recommended they to all my friends A+++++++ ( AKA [redacted] )

Attached is a copy of the release that [redacted] signed. The last sentence States I acknowledge the above assignment and the goods and services have been provided to my complete satisfaction. We advised Miss [redacted] that her door panel clips we're broken before we started working on her vehicle. Also in the above referenced work order from rodeo Ford they have the glass installation work in the estimate as well. The glass should not even be in the estimate because it was completed by A&E auto glass.

They just don't want to be responsible for it.  How does "if my car was keyed in the parking lot" make any sense?  My car alarm sensor is attached to the windshield. With A & E Autoglass "specializing" in windshid replacement they should've known or be aware or a possible car alarm sensor being placed on the windshield. At [redacted] they told me "If I was the windshield company, I would have the customer remove the car alarm sensor so they wont be responsibe for it."

Owner of A&E Auto Glass

I was approached by an employee of the company, after being advised about their services I elected to use the company to replace a cracked windshield. After the install the technician left before a test drive was performed. After the test drive was complete, it was found the the windshield was not sealed correctly; water and air now leak into the passenger compartment. I spoke with employees, managers, and even the "so called" owner, needless to say, I was told that the company was purchased by a new owner and that they were not responsible for the issues I am having. I am completely unsatisfied and would not recommend this company to anyone.

WE HAVE DOCUMENT THAT DOOR PANELS WERE DAMAGED BEFORE WE WORKED ON CUSTOMERS VEHICLE.  WE POINTED OUT AT TO CUSTOMER THERE WAS DAMAGE ON DOOR PANELS FROM PREVIOUS WORK DONE BEFORE WE DID ANY INSTALL.    THE GLASS THAT WAS INSTALLED IN HER VEHICLE WAS FACTOR GREEN TINT JUST LIKE YOU...

GET FROM THE FACTOR.  WE ALSO PAID TO HAVE HER DOOR GLASSES TINTED AT NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER ADDITIONAL AFTERMARKET TINT APPLIED TO HER GLASS.   AS SHE AS POINTED OUT IN HER COMPLAINT WE HAVE TRIED TO SATISFY CUSTOMER.   WE ARE UNWILLING TO PAY FOR DAMAGE WE DID NOT CAUSE.
