Sunnova is aware of this issue and working with our claims department in attempt to find a resolution

Sunnova received a letter earlier today from ***’s counsel regarding this matter and we currently working with them to resolve this matter? Nonetheless, this matter is a commercial contract dispute (not a consumer complaint) that needs to be addressed in the manner to which the parties agreed in pursuant to the *** *** *** *** between the Sunnova and *** ***.”? Further, Sunnova has withheld any monies allegedly owed to *** ***? as allowed under the *** and will discuss this matter in greater detail with their counsel

Sunnova did lower our contract rate to offset the lack of energy production that was initially promised Although it took a very long time and many correspondences, we are satisfied with the final resolution and thank them

We have been waiting for a resolution from sunnova for six monthsWe have called repeatedly with promises of follow up to no availSunnova does not call us back, we are always the ones to reach out, and a resolution is no where in siteSunnova is NOT doing everything they can to resolve this issue and I do reject their subpar, boilerplate response hereI expect a better, more accurate, and definitive follow up and resolutionI have documentation to back up that our system is not working and the number of times we have called.?

I will not accept this generic response any longerI will continue to not accept the business' response until I have the final resolution in hand and a clear path forwardWhat the business has provided thus far is not a resolution to this complaint but rather a continuation of the underlying issue that we have experienced which is prolonged investigation.? Please feel free to take the full days allotted to you, Sunnova, to resolve the issue and adequately document the steps you have taken to a) resolve the *** panel performance issue and b) what steps you have or will take to make this financially right to me and my husband.I do not think I am being unreasonable in expecting a concrete response with expected turnaround times and and a detailed explanation of why we got to this point in the first place

I just called today and was put on hold for minutes without anyone ever coming back on the line.? At this time I am sick of and do not have the time to deal with this.? I understand the credit was apply to my July payment.? Just apply it to my August payment as well.? When that is done or I have that the two months are applied, in writing, I will go ahead and approve to have the complaint case closed
