Dear [redacted] , We are in receipt of the above captioned complaintPlease be advised that the complaint is devoid of any inference of defective or inadequate serviceit merely states that the auto detail technicians were apparently late arriving to the customerIn fact, the reason for the delay is that one of the technicians had an injury that needed to be addressed at the hospitalLater after being evaluated the technicians headed off to the customer and completed service for [redacted] ***Sometimes with these discount vouchers customers lack empathy which is truly sadHowever, commendably the technicians rather than rescheduling the job, they arrived late and completed the auto detail for [redacted] and were given a nice given a nice gratuity Because this complaint is rather a venting session and does not allude to any inadequate service rather than tardiness, we ask the complaint be closed instanter Finest Regards, [redacted] ***

I was out of the office the week of Thanksgiving and when I returned this week, there was a check there from the business I have deposited the check which I hope will clear without an issue You can mark this closed at this point

I filed a complaint #***You reported that the company stated that a refund check was issued on 11/1/and they would send certified mailI responded dissatisfied and sent you an e-mail requesting you NOT close my case till I had the checkYou closed the case anywayOn 11/I received a call from A Touch of Class reporting they could not scan the check to you because I reported that I was dissatisfied with the outcomeI have not received the checkThe company has now stated times that they have issued a checkFirst it was mailed to my work, which I did not receiveThe next time it was to be hand delivered to my officeIt was notNow they reported to you that they issued the check and would send it certified mailThey have not
I would like the refund due to me of $*** sent to my office where it can be signed for
Message to Revdex.com: the dates for the service were all through SeptemberThe weather interfered with them performing the workI contacted them often in October because I was not getting the promised refund

It is rather difficult to respond to the foregoing complaint not only because it is inartfully worded, but the facts are rather distortedNevertheless, we would be happy to offer the complainant full detail services valued at $each as a fair compromise

I did not see a place to respond any way other than this. After no shows and many strange phone calls, I finally got my car serviced this morning. An interesting note: When I called the business on Friday to report (for the 2nd time) that no one showed up and that I was
going to follow up with the Revdex.com, he called back to assure me that contacting your organization would be futile as you all don't do anything about the complaints you receive.
