Lance does a great job He has serviced our furnaces regularly and I appreciate the fact he remembers issues from previous years and any parts that are required are double checked to see if still under warranty Very friendly and helpful I also appreciate the call ahead to confirm on time arrival

Excellent service from Ralph. He explained everything he was doing every step along the way, and made certain to check several times that the furnance was working properly before he left our house. He took his time to troubleshoot the issue, and by process of elimination he diagnosed the problem. Very thorough and clean.
AA Service had their estimator out to my house to figure out what type of equipment would meet our needs within 12 hours of diagnosing the problem and advising the futility of further repairs on such old equipment. In less than 24 hours, Jeremy ** and Tyler ** came to my home to replace my old furnace. They were polite, clean and efficient, arrived on time, explained everything I needed to know and left the work space and house as neat and clean as they found it. They finished earlier than expected, another plus! I believe I got a good price and cannot think of how any other company or their employees could have been nicer or done a better job.
After a bad experience with another HVAC company, I was very happy with the service I received from Lance. The furnace cleaning was thorough, and I appreciated his cordial demeanor.
AA Service always replies promptly when I have an A/C issue. And two weeks ago both units were down for different reasons, just before a large dinner party! Tom T is the BEST and always seems to know how to correct the problems. Thanks, Tom!
My experience with service from AA Service Co has been consistently good. Scott S is a great example of the high standards of professionalism that this company shows. Scott arrived after an emergency call at midnight on a Saturday after a long day on call, within a very short time of our placing the call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out a way to address it temporarily while placing an order to have it fixed permanently. Despite the lateness of the hour and adverse weather conditions for driving Scott did his work efficiently and with concern for our situation as customers, and with a good sense of humor throughout. Scott's performance is outstanding.

Joseph called ahead of his visit to confirm arrival, arrived when he said he would and was courteous and professional throughout the entire session. He readily shared his product knowledge in an accessible manner and made some good suggestions and recommendations on how to maintain my HVAC system better. All in all, a great company to work with.
