Came back from vacation and my 25 year old A/C was out. Called AA (they are my regular HVAC company for many years) and they came out the next day - A part was needed and it came in the next day and they got it working. Bothe Kraig and Scott were exceptionally efficient and very cooperative. I'm grateful it went so well.
I cant say enough good things about the company and especially about my tech Joseph r. He was prompt, upfront with the pricing and totally professional. I would recommend AA to all my friends and family.

Lance checked and did maintenance on our two furnaces yesterday. His work was thorough. His evaluation, explanation of my current furnace operation, and recommendations were clear. He answered all my questions.
We have an oddball size filter on one furnace. If I can't find the correct size, he explained what size filter to buy and cut it down to fit properly. I appreciate the time he took to write it down in his report as well so I have the dimensions as a reference.

Petr did the annual inspection of my boiler. He recommended that a plumber come to replace the boiler intake valve.
The plumber came, and the valve itself was all right, but there was debris clogging it which he cleaned out.
I should be set for winter.
I had a great experience with Ralph C. He was very polite and handled our clelaning and problem in a professional way. When cleaning he turned on our outside faucet. It started to leak into our basement. It was a broken pipe inside the house. Ralph insisted that he clean up the water on the floor. I felt bad because it was my leak, but he insisted.
When Ralph was working , cleaning my air conditioner, he explained everthing he was doing to me. Before he left , he told me if I had any problems to make sure that I call him.
