Year after year, it is always a positive experience having AA Service Co out to service my furnaces. The personnel scheduling the appointments are pleasant, the technicians arrive at the scheduled time, their prices are competitive and the service is great. Kraig has been out to service my units the last several years and not only is he pleasant and good at performing the required service but he is always willing to take time to explain, answer questions and to provide maintenance suggestions. I always feel that they are about providing the best service.
Jim G checked out our AC this afternoon. All was OK, but the system was low on refrigerant. Jim added refrigerant and performed cleaning and other tests. All was done in an excellent, professional manner. This is why I use AA.
Tim and his colleague were excellent. They were patient and thorough in completing the setup of our dual zone heating, taking time to contact the manufacturer to confirm optimal settings and explaining their progress and our units functionality along the way. Very polite and did terrific work.

Easy to schedule maintenance or installation. Don't have to take a vacation day to be at home to wait for a technician. AA Service Co offers one hour windows for service! Scott S. was extremely helpful in performing maintenance on our service on 12/29/14. Great customer service! Highly recommended!

I want to post a brief review about AA Service Co. Today I had Jim [redacted] come and help me with an issue with the furnace blower. It was a simple problem and was solved easily once Jim diagnosed the issue. Jim was pleasant and courteous and a true professional. He brought along booties and a throw comforter to create a work area and was careful not to spoil the carpet or the walls. He solved the problem for the short term and gave me a solution for the long-term too. I would recommend Jim G to anyone looking to work with a true professional
