I believe this company is now doing business as AAA Good Times, LLC. Do not do business with this company. A friend purchased a car from them and the next day it did not work. They claim they will fix it but will not give any real time frame. They will not tell you who owns and/or runs the company. The owner is *** and the Manager is *** after doing some research. After doing some digging it appears the cops are called to their business daily by people who purchased cars that do not work. The police, of course, cannot do anything about a civil matter. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are extremely rude and deceptive. If you have a problem with them I would suggest filing complaints with the Texas Attorney General's Office and file suit.

This company is very crooked and corrupt. When I bought the car they told me on the phone I was automatically approved, no pay stubs, no proof of income, no proof of residence, nothing needed! So I went up there and put 1000 down and I was looking to pay 200 a month. They were asking if I could do 300 a month. I was reluctant but I said ok. And they said I dont need insurance now I can get it in a couple of days. While test driving it I asked how much the Chrysler was a month and she said "oh that ones 400" a heavy set Cuban women and a black man were at this dealership. At the end she said forwarningly "the first 2 weeks is 200 a month" I said ok. While the man walked me across the street he was unprofessional and mentioned if he was my sugar dad he would have no problem giving me hundreds he said that would be his job. I paid the first 2 weeks on time and I called back and asked do I pay 300 in a month. She said "no you agreed to 400 a month, that's what it says on this paperwork" I had to bring my family up there for them to agree to the original 300. The other dealership they kept sending me to to bring my payments to, the people (two elderly white men and a black women) they were extremely rude to me. They refused to give me their names. The refused to give me a corporate phone number. The men wouldnt even speak to me they kept telling me to wait in line for the woman. I tried to talk to the man and he looked at me like I was stupid and said "who is you." Extremely unprofessional and rude. These people repoed my 2009 versa because I switched it from full coverage to liability. They never once told me I had to have liability the entire time. I thought it was just to drive off the lot and then I could switch. Especially seeing as the car was old and messed up.

I am rejecting this response because: there is no resolution being made. Also when I went to retrieve things out of my car I needed I was told they threw my belongings away (including children’s medicine, car seat, and cards I needed, etc) and when letting me know this information they were extremely rude and telling me they have a 20 day policy yet it had NOT been 20 days and when I said this they were still extremely rude and ignored me also ignoring when I asked for their names and supervisors names.

Sincerely

this so called company is not professional at all they scammed me into buying a vehicle from them then wrote on my deposit to hold the truck no refund if I decided not to get the truck. upon purchase I was called a week later for insurance which I had already gotten but the lady who takes the payments so I had to have a 500 dollar deduct. then when I told her that her brother which was the salesman did not do his job he got on the phone screaming and yelling about come on down to the dealership. so I then got her the info she needed and was contacted the following day stating that I had 2 drop payments de by the end of the day that I was never notified about upon purchase she said you signed the contract I said ok ill pay it no problem now everytime she calls me its a bullying situation and im afraid when the truck is paid off 11/20 I wont receive my title due to another problem they are going to have just because when I hear from them o contact them its always a issue with her attitude and I hate that she tries to humiliate me in front of other customers and employees I feel like she is a bully and the owner let her continue this behavior. I never miss a payment and I have heard how they treat their customers over the phone and its not right this company should be shut down which they have change the name many times with the same owner someone needs to investigate this asap.when I got the truck the oil was not changed the control arms were bad and the transmission seemed to have minor slippage and the guy said he would get it fixed free of charge but I have heard nothing nor seen him when I go to pay my note .

In January 2019, I gave a cash down payment of $3500.00 to this dealership (Good Times Motors- 5305 College Street Beaumont,Texas) for the purchase of a used truck. In February 4, 2019, I made the first $400.00 month payment on the truck.
In March 4, 2019 second monthly payment of $ 400.00 was paid.

Around second week of March 2019, I was told that the truck tags were in and I needed to come get them. My son drove the truck to the dealership and was told to abandon the vehicle because the truck had a small dent on front bumper.(The small dent was going to be fix out of our pockets-too small to file claim). He was force to exit the truck and Ms. blocked the door of the truck with her body and threaten to call the Police department. My son was force to vacate the property and he walked home.

I was notified and called Ms.- I was told the truck would not be release to us until I file a Insurance claim. I immediately called State Farm 800 number and file a claim.I called Ms. and gave her the claim number. She than said well..... I still will not release the truck unless I bring her a copy of the claim that was filed. So hurriedly-on the same day and made it to ***' State Farm office and requested a copy of the claim.

Brought the claim paper to Good Times Motors, and was told I still could leave with the truck. Ms. claimed the truck was not drivable, BUT, the truck was driven up there in the beginning. So you see this where the games began.

The next day,I called Ms. and ask if the truck could be repaired at a Nissan dealership since it was a Nissan truck- she said OH SURE. I told her I would send a wrecker to pick the truck up-she said OH SURE. Wrecker was dispatch. Wrecker truck arrived and was not allowed to take the truck to a Nissan dealership per Ms,.***.

A month went bye and Good Times Motors still had the vehicle/truck in their possession.

After speaking to 6 State Farm Claim agent and on 2 occasion we had a 3 way calls with Ms. on the line. She was aware that the claims payment was being sent to me- which pissed her off. While on conference call with State Farm Claims rep we all agree that I was going to have the truck repaired at a Nissan Dealership. Ms. was so ugly and rude ,unprofessional and hostile to every at State Farm Claims member, they did not want to talk to her anymore.

Ms. called State Farm Claims until she reached somebody that would re-issue the PAYMENT TO HER - AFTER the claims payment had been issued to me.

A month and a half had pass and it was time to make truck payment for the Month of April 4, 2019. The dealership had been paid directly by State Farm Claims Department to make repairs and they had not- nor would they release the vehicle to me. The dealership folks never called or reach out to me- I called and left several messages- AT THIS TIME they claim the vehicle was repossessed- .

I am convinced that Good Time Motors is in the business of selling vehicle simple to reposse them. A money scam. It is a lose lose for the consumer. They have $ 4300.00 cash for me, and they have the truck. I have a repossession charge.I was force to file a insurance claim and Good Times Motors received the claims check for repairs.

Purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt from the location at 810 S. 11th St Beaumont,TX, sales person named Howard, stated that a broken headlight repair, wheel bearing of the driver side front repair, air conditioning unit repair, oil light and change repair, and engine light check, was going to be taken care of no later than Friday May31st 2019. A down payment of $700 was made in order to assure that repairs would be completed and processed by due date and contract signed. Said repairs and promises were not kept I requested to either cancel the contract since I did not take possession of the vehicle and put me in something else even if it was more of a down payment, as they had stated was an option if unsatisfied with service and vehicle, however was denied the possibility, with sales stating that it was not possible. Work completion due date was not lived up to. Did not receive a refund on my down even though possession of vehicle never took place nor did I drive it off the lot, and contract was not canceled. I am left with the contract, no vehicle, and no refund.

On February 12 2019, I stopped and looked at a 2005 Dodge Dakota 4X4 Black in color, which was for sale at the car lot. I went into sales office and asked about the truck and how much it was and the down payment. Ms. *** told me it was 5995.00, and 1000.00 down. I asked her if she would work with me on the down payment, and she told me that I could put anything down on the truck and that it would hold the truck. So I put 200.00 cash down on the truck, and ask her would that hold the truck until I got the 1000.00 paid in full, and she said yes it would. It would be held for me, and that I could pay on the truck anytime I wanted. I said OK, I told her I would pay on the balance every Friday. She said OK that would be fine. The truck will be held, and would not be sold. I gave her the 200.00 (in cash) and she gave me a receipt. I went back out to the truck and looked at it more closely and wanted to start it up, I checked the oil before I started the engine, it was fine. There was no battery in the truck, the guy came out and told me he would put a battery in it to start it for me. I said OK, he went and got a battery and put in the truck and I started the engine and it ran fine. So I went back into the office and handed Ms. *** the key to the truck and told her I would be back next weekend to bring her some more money, and that I wanted to drive the truck. She said OK. That following Thursday, I called Ms. *** and told her that I will be there Saturday morning to bring her money and to drive the truck, she told me that the truck was not there, that it was at their storage lot, I ask her if she could have the truck there so I could drive it and she said yes it will be here. I show up Saturday morning, and the truck was not there. I asked her where the truck was at, and Ms. *** said the guy at the storage lot was out of town and no one else had a key to the lot. This went on for about 3 weeks, no truck. Went back and they told me the motor was blown up.

Bought a truck 4 weeks ago and put $2600 down on it. A week and a half later the transmission went out. We can not get our money back. I did some research and this happens over and over with this company! They need to be shut down for taking advantage of people! They also use the name Goot Time Motors LLC.
