Currently Suing this Company...... They kept the main key to our car and came to our house in the middle of the night and drive off in it. We had not had the car for 2 weeks... Finally found their real names and addresses... Worry not people they are about to get their just desserts!!!

On February 27th 2018 I purchased a car from Happy Motors AKA Good Times LLC if it's at 5305 College Street in Beaumont Texas my salesman was a *** he assured me that my car was good I drove the car the everything sounded okay I purchase the car or I get off get down the road and the signal lights stop working I go back I'll tell him to see my last about work the brakes are bad that Sherman that they will fix it three days later the brakes go completely out and I wrecked the car I go back up there and ask them to please fix the brakes and the signal light this was the Monday after I wrecked it which was March 2nd didn't ask them to fix the damages just to fix the brakes and the signal light they assured me they would and they repossess the car I called the police and had the police to come to the dealership they made me get they made them give me back the car March 11th 2019 I was at Walmart I'm shopping and getting a car try to back out I'm blocked in someone walks up behind my car and is *** he then tells me that my car is in repossession I hadn't had my car a month I'll tell him know my payment is not due till April 3rd he tells me what you want have no license plate and he takes a license place off the car I pulled out my contract to show him that the contract set April 3rd he snatches the contract out my hand so as of March 11th I had no license plate on March 14th 2019 I drive the car with no license plate to a BPL plasma I'm sending that in the car my husband is in the place and someone blocks me in and is *** and his sister *** which both works at the car dealership the black man and tell me that the insurance company asked him to pick up the car to get an estimate Miami I never filed the claim *** file the claim on my insurance I tell Bill let me call the insurance lady and see what's going on the lady tell me that that's a lie she did not tell them to pick up the car she then tells me we'll come go with me and he's going to stay out here and wait on your boyfriend your husband to go with her to the car while we talk about the insurance *** then takes the car from the BPL plasma as my husband is on the phone with the police inside he takes the car and hide it and this what happened thank.

On February 27th 2019 I purchased a car from Good Times Motors formerly known as Happy Motors for $1, 200 down payment when I got the car the brakes didn't work the ceiling light didn't work 3 days after purchasing a car I wrecked because the brakes went out I took the car back up there the following Monday and the clay file the insurance claim on my car by the police was there the police was called because they tried to take the car from me in order to have the car in their possession of the car. the police made them to return the car to me with no legal standings of repossession of car on March 8th 2019 I was at Walmart in Port Arthur Texas and was blocked in by two unknown assailants when I was able to recognize them it was *** and *** two people from Good Times Motors why purchase the car had me blocked in. they stole the license plates off the car and my country at my hand I filed a police report with Port Arthur PD I haven't had license plates since March 11th on March 14th 2019 I was at the car wash at the BPL plasma At with my boyfriend they came and told me that the insurance people want the car back on the line. The insurance confirm that that was a lie they did not tell them to pick the car up my boyfriend called the police and by the time the police came the guy and my car was gone I have paid $1, 200 down for this car and I have putting $500 worth of work in this car and I have only had this car for not even a month please if you can help these people get off the streets and stop selling people cars which do not work please help us thank.

I purchased a vehicle from HAPPY Motors I gave them $1,000 down payment I didn't even make it home when the vehicle started giving me major problems I called them with my compliant they told me to bring it back which I did the very next day they told me they would make repairs on it they kept my vehicle over a month and gave me a numerous excuses why the vehicle was not repaired I ask if they could put me in another vehicle of the same value or just give me my money back they told me no and then they started harassing me for payments and I was later told by management that they sold my vehicle they say I told them I no longer wanted it and they kept my money so I'm out of a vehicle and $1,000 dollars and I can't get any help with this issue.

I need help with this. Are you asking for proof of the sales transaction if so than yes I can provide that information where or how do I send it.

This car lot needs to be SHUT DOWN , it’s ridiculous how they are scamming people I brought a Honda the beginning of February it last exactly one month, I got it from Their co partners on 11th st started having with problems with just about everything a week later. Before I got the car the guy told me if anything goes wrong with it that I could bring it back they would fix and buy everything free of charge.. THAT WAS A LIE!!! The lady in the front that did the paperwork told me I had 1 week to get full coverage insurance which wasn’t a problem at all 2 days later I get a phone call from the car lot on college st the lady name was *** first of all I didn’t even know the 2nd car lot existed because they don’t say all of that and that’s where you pay you car notes provide proof of insurance and etc.. but *** called me screaming and threatening me to come and tow my car because I needed to get insurance 2 DAYS LATER when I was told differently ! So I went back on 11th st were the car was originally bought and told her what was going on she act like she didn’t know anything kept saying let me call the owner (***) he was out of town literally youll never know who is the Owner and etc because they try to keep it ON HUSH. So a week late I got insurance paid my notes in time and etc until the car started running out the power. Steering pump with out it had an oil leak when I bought the car because the previous owner told me that’s why he gave it back. So I went to the car lot on college and 11th to tell them it’s finally broke they tell me I have to pay $200 for labor work and $200 for the part so I then told them okay , and y’all can come get y’all car I’m not paying the note this week on it at all they didn’t wanna come get it I had to call 1 week straight for them to pay a tow truck and come and get the car.

Yes I am reporting this place about truck they said I was 11 days late and I had now insurance on it and I do they repel it on 12/10/18 did not come to tell me anything about nothing about them repo it they did not call me and tell me anything they want tell me where is to get my things out it and still me if I call back they was going to file charge on me

Monday night employees of memorial motors came to my apartment To repossess my car due to a lapse in my insurance policy the employee I spoke with stated that if I fixed my insurance by the following day I wouldn’t be charged the following day I went to their office with my insurance declarations I presented that to the employee and was told that it would $500 $300 for a repossession fee and $200 for my car note that wasn’t due for other two days I attempted to make the payment and was told that they would not accept the payment because my mother who lives with me isn’t on my insurance policy that she would have to be added before My car is retured in attempts to explain that my mother doesn’t drive my car and doesn’t have a license I received an attitude from the employee she stated that not only did they see my mother driving my car but also that I said my mother drives my car which I did not I called today to try to reason with them and was told that she doesn’t have a supervisor and hung up on

English owner( or so he said ) said car had 65,000 miles on it not the case
I have paper work I found in car saying has over 300k on it I did a car fax and came up the same 307k on it I let the guy know and he said it had new motor but no proof of it at all.
Came from a auction. They came and took car and drove off due to refusal of not putting a non licensed driver on insurance told me to call and see if we can resolve it and told me I have to pay for a repossession fee and 400 for ttl tried note I have full coverage on car and tried to pay 200 of the 400 to them for ttl on tuesday july the 24 2018

I bought a 2008 Volkswagen from memorial motors in Beaumont Texas on 5-31-2018. Right after I left the car lot the car starting acting up and the AC smelled like mildew as if the car had been flooded during Harvey. I returned the car to the dealership and told them I didn't want the car anymore and I would like to get a refund for the 800 dollars I put down a few hours prior and they refused to give me my money back. The they said the would fix the car but I am not conformable buying something that has a mildew smell. I called a few day later and they said the don't do refunds and could not give me a reason. I ask them to show me where in the contract it states no refunds and he refused and avoided me. The down payment was 1000 dollars I have them 800 to drive the car off the lot. Now the car is in there possession and supposedly fixed the want give me the car until I give them another 200. I am out 800 dollars on a vehicle I don"t want and they want me to pay 200 more dollars.
