Repossed my car without warning for no insurance when I wasn't driving it because the starter was going out. Won't give me my property out my car, and I always get in a confrontation with the guy name *** and another ghetto black rude lady who always have an attitude.I call and never get a answer.

Well to start off they told me it was a good car that the air conditioning worked and it did not then my wife had a blowout in the car the next day so I had to go pay for two new front tires and get a oil change cause it hadn't had one in forever and get all the tires rotated and buy new front wheel brakes! They wanted me to put 1500 down which I really don't think it's worth. Well today we went up there to go ask them to fix the problems with the car well I brought my bother in law to talk for me cause I'm not good at talking and the guy that sold me the car came up real rude and was like well what is the problem with the car and brother was like the air conditioning don't work and the alignment is way off and the tire blew out with my neice in the car and we had to buy new tires and the guy was like well when can't fix none of that and said and it sounds like you have a damn attitude and my brother said I don't have one yet I'm just speaking to u and said u know what I want to talk to your boss and he said fine and stormed off so we waited and waited and this other guy comes and says now who was yelling at *** which was the other guy and we were like no one was yelling at anyone we we're just telling the guy the problems with the car and he got mad and walked off and then *** started talking to him and he was like do u have ur name on the title and he said no and the guy was like well then u need to shut up. And *** said you are not going to talk to me like that and the was like u need to get the f off the property and started coming at him and yelling at him and cussing him out for no reason and my daughter was right there while he was cussing my brother out !!! And asked him about a refund and he said we don't do refunds!!

I *** put down $1300 deposit on 3/5/18. I then changed my mind on getting the car. 3/6/18 I called ***, the same lady I went to on 11th st, and she told me I couldn't get my money back, But I didn't sign any paper work or an agreement. I work to hard for my money for someone to steal it!

they have a really bad additude my truck has been in the dealer since 2-24-18 and know its 3-1-18 cause its not working it wont run and I been caling to see if its been ready and all they tell me until u make yoyr payment yoyr truck well be ready and they are charging me $200 more for the plates.or if not they wont give m my truck its a ford f-150 2006 grey I been having problems with them andi need it for wok

THE CUSTOMER RAN THE FORD F150 OUT OF OIL AND THEY BLEW THEIR MOTOR UP SO THERE IS NO WARRANTY WHEN THE CUSTOMER JUST RAN THE TRUCK OUT OF OIL. THERE WERE NO OIL LEAKS OR WATER LEAKS JUST RAN IT OUT OF OIL.AND THEY DONT WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN FIXING THE VEHICLE. ALSO SHE HAS TO PAY 200.00MORE ON HER THE DEFERRED DOWN PAYMENT BECAUSE THIS FORD F150 COST MORE THAN THE OTHER VEHICLE SHE BOUGHT

That is a lie I changed my truck oil and did not have water leacks when they took it I just want my refund back I dont wana discuss no more there has been more complains and they always say money first then they well fix it why should I make another payment when dont no whats wrong with the truck I think this is kind of dum how at first they say they wel fix my truck if something happend to it I just want my refund back and plus that truck was flooded and they said it soupposly wasnt I had took it to the mechanic and the mechanic said it was involved in the flooding and the truck had new oil so that dealer ship is lieng I just want the money I had gaved I want back my down payment thats $1000 and the payment I made of $200 I have my receips that I have prove that I payed

I bought a car from this company on January12th 2018, and on January 18 I texted with the man who sold me the car, Mr *** to let him know that it has been less than a week that I has the car and I was already having issues with the car. I never heard a word from him until it was time for me to make my next payment on the 26th. When I went in on the 28th ti make my payment he told me he got my text but he had a few drinks and was unable to call me back, but he was able to call me and tell me it was time to make my payment. 3 weeks after I got the car, it killed in the middle of the highway and I had to have it towed to my house. The next morning February 2nd 2018, I called Mr *** on his cell and told him what happened the night before and he told me he would get to the office at 9Am and he would have a truck come and bring it to the shop, I still havent heard from him nor have they come pick up my car

I signed a contract with this company and made my payment on the agreed date. My payment was applied to someone elses account of a simular. Even after correcting this issue several times with the business and with the repo man my vehicle was still taken. The repo people commited a breach of peace during the repo and threatened to assult me. I was left on the side of the road while at work in an unsafe neighborhood. Most of my possessions were also confiscated illegally including several FAA regersterd unmaned areial vehicles. I am the only person allowed to have these as they are regersterd to me and I am liable for them. Taking property of this kind from an individual is a felony. No attempt in wrighting or contact has been made to return my intellectual property

Very rude I got the run arounds on trying to get insurance then when I get it they already threatened me about taking the Ford 500 2005 maroon car I paid 1500 down payment on and a deposit of 200 on a Mercedes Benz 2002 e class320 I didn't get no refund I'm out of a car and lots of money this is down right crazy

I want my refund from the memorial motors dealer ship I didn't have the car but for 2 days almost and they took it back because I wasn't listed as a driver they were rude and just rush threw everything with me I have a driving record but no one discuss the issue with me saying I needed full coverage and all that before I made the payment know I'm carless can't make it to work because of this

I purchased the vehicle two weeks ago and put my first down payment which was $800. I was told I had till the 28th to get insurance! I was unsure about the contract because I was rushed through the process! I then called them and asked if I could come and get a clear understanding because they were telling me how I needed full coverage when I was just told that I could get liability!

So as I am there discussing the paper work, we reached a end! I go outside, get ready to leave, call my mother tell her that I need full coverage instead of liability and my car was blocked in. It wasn't before hand they purposely surrounded my car with 4 vehicles so my car couldn't get out the spot I parked it. !

I immediately go to them asking them to tell who ever it is to move their car & they tell me that they cannot do that because I don't have full coverage on my vehicle and I can't leave the lot without full coverage! Liability was not even a option! From what they were telling me as I was sitting there puzzled! I felt like I was put in a trap!

They would not let me leave!!! They told me to find a ride!
I felt so hurt because why wouldn't they tell me this , this is so unfair. I came there with the intent of getting to know what's going on because of the disturbing call I received ...

So needless to say I called the police . They prompted me about all the complaints that they receive about this business and how everyone that works here does not care about the customer! They just want our money!

So after all the back and forth I finally got my mom back on the phone and she fixed the insurance paper work for me and everything went good from the insurance behalf . But once I told them everything was all said, they told me I still couldn't get my car ! They said something about my not being my drivers license but this place is a no credit, no drivers license type of place. All I did to get the car was bring my identification card & money .....

So why now more things are being required after I purchased. Why didn't they take it up front ! This has put me in such of a big hole. I am on the ends of losing my job because I have no car. I have a son and this is a lot to take in all at once.

They just took my car yesterday and not even by a Rowe ! There was no reason to take my car or repossess it! I was at work and I see a white truck roll up and drop someone off ! The black African American (*** ) gets out of the truck and starts my car up and takes it! Without giving me a notice ! He nearly ran me over and a customer over trying to get my car! I screamed and yelled please give me my wallet and car seat and he told me " this is business " and left ! I caught him on video ! Just a heartless manner ! No reason at all ! I followed all their instructions and yet I was hustled and a lot of money I came off off & still without a vehicle and can't even get to work !!!

Please help me, I prayed and I'm just hoping for the best .

YES WE DID TAKE HER CAR FROM HER FOR NOT HAVING FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE. WHEN SHE TOLD US THAT IF SHE HAD TO GET FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE SHE WOULD GET RID OF THAT CAR AND WE WOULD NEVER SEE THE CAR AGAIN. THEN SHE CALLED THE POLICE ON US THE N THE POLICEMAN HELPED HER GET INSURANCE THE INSURANCE COMPANY FAXED US A COPY THAT DAY. SHE LEFT IN HER CAR ON THE 25TH OF JULY YESTERDAY ON THE 27TH OF JULY WE RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT

SHE AS A DRIVER HAS BEEN EXCLUDED FROM THE POLICY AND HER CAR WAS REMOVED FROM THE POLICY ALSO SO NEITHER HER OR HER CAR WAS COVERED ON INSURANCE HER MOTHER HAD HER REMOVED SO WE WENT AND PICKED UP OUR CAR.

THE POLICEMAN SARGENT *** HAD TO CALL HER BACK ON HER CELL PHONE AFTER SHE LEFT CAUSE WHILE HE WAS IN THE BUILDING FINISHING UP THE CALL SHE CDALLED SEVERAL TIMES CURSING US OUT HE HEARD THE CONVERSATION AND TOLD HER IF SHE CALLED OUR PLACE OF BUSINESS AGAIN HE WAS GOIMG TO FILE A REPORT AND HAVE A WARRANTISSUED FOR HER ARREST.

I went to pay my car note and my boyfriend was driving there was a little fender bender in the parking lot. the other car involved does not belong to Happy motors. happy motors said they was taking my car because my boyfriend was driving. I proceeded to take my things out the car the man that told me they were taking my car went inside to talk to someone he came back out and said that if I added my boyfriend to the insurance I could have my car back. I went to add him and now they are telling me I cant get my car back because my insurance wont pay for the other car. I dont understand what does have to do with me and my car. I paid my note and they are still not wanting to give me my car. please can you help me. I am not understanding why I cant have my car. Also they gave my boyfriend personal information to the other people and they inboxed him on facebook and said meet them in shire apartments in port arthur. they have some very unethical practices and very bad customer service. I have asked to speak with someone over them several times and they tell me that I cant.

I have requested my items out of the vehicle, and I was informed by *** that I can not retrieve my things. All of my clothes, my children's clothes, car seats, social security cards, birth certificates, money, as well as my grandmothers pearl braclets were in that car.

I have been out of a car for almost a week they went and got the vehicle and supposedly fixed it I went in and paid my car note plus repairs and it hasn't been an hour and my vehicle broke down I contacted them and I got nothing but attitude out of them and told no promises on charges if they had to fix again even though it hasn't been an hour but yet they have a warranty but. Have to repay and pay my note still this has happened I'm the pass and they destroyed my life I refuse to let them do it again they need to be closed down for good my job is at risk and it's my only way to get around I live in the country and really need either my vehicle replaced or I need all the money I've put into it for the past 2 and a half months back I refuse to let this go again
