[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The company did not addressed the issue of this dispute because I believe that I was mislead through the whole process of getting my first new carBill G*** knew it was my first time financing a new car and took advantage of itHe fail to disclose information about the car conditions, he lied in stated the Toyota Highlander I purchased is a great car and I would have no problems out of itIf something do occur after I leave the dealership I can bring it back and he promise to take care of itI noticed I didnt receive all my paper workHe told me I should get the extended serice contract and gap insurance on the vehicle to cover anything in the future ever happens or goes wrong with the vehicle it will be cover and most of the problems I had with the vehicle it the service contract didn't coverSo alot of out of pocket expenses for me with a car note and car insurance I payed along with that was outrageousBill G*** had pick the vehicle while I waited inside and when I came out he stated the vehicle was a great vehicle and I would have no problems at all it will last long and great for the snowI didn't see any signs on the car saiding it was as is what so ever I was never aware ofMy original complaint was the engine light and the other two red lights appears on my dashboard they promise to fix it and never did the lights came on every others week after and befor services from the companyTo sum everything up the car is a problem car it gave me all sorts of problems I had to repaired since I sign all the contractsJake Sweeney mazda West put the car on me I lost money and was behind in my carnote and also my car insurance because of this suvIf they was just honest and told me the truth about the vehicle problems and warned me that it was as is I would have left the car where it was and picked out a new car myselfMy red lights continue to be on till this day from year Jake Sweeney never reached out and sat me down and helpI am a very unhappy customer

*** *** purchased a Saturn Aura on 2/24/The customer called stating the vehicle was over heatingThe Saturn was then towed to Mazda West for diagnosisThe thermostat was found to be faulty and was replaced at no charge to ***Our technician looked over the vehicle to make sure no
damage has been doneThere was no damage found at that time*** had the vehicle towed to a *** *** ***She was then told by *** *** *** that they needed to tear down the engine in order to find anything wrong with the vehicle or just replace the engine*** opted to not have any further diagnostics done by Mazda West or *** *** *** and decided to have them put a new engine in before discussing with Mazda WestUnfortunately with out proper diagnosis and replacing an engine that possibly did not need replaced Mazda West is not responsible for any reimbursement of an vehicle to ***

Mr*** test drove the vehicle having it inspected by his personal technician
The technician pointed out two oil leaks which Jake Sweeney remedied other than that he can the vehicle his approval
The vehicle was sold with no warranty implied therefore Jake Sweeney does not feel
responsible for additional repairs

Jake Sweeney believes it has acted in good faith towards D*** Thrasher and in actuality is still owed $from the original deal

*** has insisted on numerous occasions that the cruise control did not work. Jake Sweeney Mazda West has inspected it and the cruise control was in working orderJake Sweeney even sent the company who installed it to her house to inspect itThe cruise control is in perfect working
order which has been proved multiple times to her*** asked us to remove the cruise controlJake Sweeney Mazda West removed the cruise control, at no cost to her, and told her we would reimburse her the cost of the cruise control for $At that time she started demanding we give her $because she is not happyWe tried to explain to her that we can't give her $for something that only cost $to installAt that time she became belligerent and yelling and screaming in the showroomJake Sweeney then asked her to go for a ride again to prove that it worksWe opened the door for her to get in her car and she continued to yell and scream and call us crooksAt that time the sales manager said "jeez" which she is now trying to say we used the lord's name in vainAt that time we excused ourselves from herShe then stormed back in the showroom demanding money and screamingAs the manager was sitting at his desk she threw her keys which also had a large metal hook on them striking the manager in the faceThe other manager in the office told her to leaveShe then pulled out of the parking lot in our loaner car squelling tires and driving erracticly down the road in our car. Jake Sweeney Mazda West then had her cruise control removed and delivered her car back to her houseShe will be getting her refund of $in the mailBy no means will Jake Sweeney Mazda West supply her with any additional refund and she is no longer welcome at our establishment due to her actions and assault

[The letter from the HR assistant states I am a full time seasonal employee which means I work a full time schedule, hours a week, but I am laid off weeks out of the yearFirst jake Sweeney is saying it's due to me being part time which is falseNow it's due to me being seasonalThey are saying different thingsSeasonal simply means weeks out of the year I am laid offThis is for most government jobsReturning the car was not my biggest problem, it has caused a lot of issues in my personal life, However they are still not addressing my biggest issue which is the late fees accrued for them not sending the payoff for the cobaltAlso the negative impact it had on my credit which now makes it impossible to get a car loan through anyone elseTo my understanding there is a 7-day time frame to send the payoffPlease correct me if I'm wrongBut I had the car for days and jake Sweeney never sent the payoff to the lender of the cobaltMy down payment was returned but that wasn't nearly enough to cover the fees accrued.]

Jake Sweeney Mazda West sold the vehicle in question to Ms*** with no prior knowledge of any issues with the transmission.The vehicle was sold As Is with no implied warranty of any kind.It is certainly unfortunate that the transmission has failed but higher mileage vehicles can be
unpredictable.Jake Sweeney has offered to repair the transmission at its net cost.We believe this to be a reasonable and fair offer

back, *** had a lot tech go to pick up the vehicle. *** then gave *** a few restaurant choices so they could get dinner until the vehicle made it back*** came back from dinner, drove the vehicle and decided to buy itWe were able to get her a lower rate than her credit union was supplying her to save her a little moneyThe EPAP product is applied to all of our new and pre-owned vehiclesThere are warranties available up to years unlimited mileageIf the customer pays the $299, they will still receive year of coverage on new and pre-owned vehicles*** *** believed the pre-paid finance charge took care of the pre-payment penaltyWhich some banks, that is the caseUnfortunately US Bank is not one of them. Jake Sweeney Mazda West is willing to cancel the EPAP product, which will void her year warranty, and pay her for the possible pre-payment penalty fee for a total refund of $499. This will totally comply with ***'s requestWe are even willing to give her and oil change at no charge to try to keep Paul excited about her purchase from Jake Sweeney Mazda West

When any and all products ( ietire coverage, warranty, gap, environmental packages ) are canceled they get prorated from the original purchase dateThat is the difference between amount originally purchased that the customer signed off onJake Sweeney Mazda West has canceled and refunded all money owed to Mrs***

the vehicle needed brakes and tires at that time*** declined all repairsShe came back on 12/21/and supplied Jake Sweeney Mazda West brake pads and calipersOur service department installed them for her at cost that *** paid forCustomer came in on 4/26/with miles on itJake Sweeney Mazda West sent the vehicle to *** *** where they found the ECM needing to be replacedThe ECM is NOT covered by Mrs***s service contract, so she is responsible for the cost*** *** purchased the vehicle in as a dealer vehicleJake Sweeney Mazda West is not responsible for any repairs or refunds to Mrs***

The refund I received was for only $of a service that originally added over $to my loan, they prorated the refund. They cancelled only one of the unwanted services. The finance employee said there was at least an additional $added to our loan for additional undesired warranty services. He said he needed to make a phone call and it would quickly be resolvedI requested an itemized list of the charges for this car but was told I didn't need it as it was going to be taken care of After another slew of unreturned calls, nothing has been done about the additional warranty that never should have been added. The loan for the car is now at a balance of $after months of payments. The initial purchase price was only $with a $down payment and $trade in. I feel robbed by a company I had trusted. The loan amount is still an unresolved issue. This additional money should never have been added and I am still paying interest on the higher amount!

*** *** contacted my finance dept to see if I can get switch out to another vehicle under the same amount and finance company they told me it was fine with as long as the dealer Jake Sweeney contacted their finance dept so I can start my contract over Jake Sweeney refuse to go with the dealThey want more money they never discuss with me about fixing the car under no price I can't get my money back or anything they gave me a inspection report on the vehicle I believe because the report should have told showed the transmission was bad rather an old vehicle or not this isn't my first vehicle
