My husband and I recently purchased a used car from Jack Kain Ford for our teenager. We started with an on-line inquiry through the Jack Kain website and then went for a visit and test-drive. All questions were fully and promptly answered, including e-mail queries. From start to finish the entire staff at Jack Kain Ford was very knowledge, professional and extremely helpful through the whole process. The Jack Kain Ford staff is so friendly, they make you feel like family. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Their slogan is "Do you know Jack?" If not and you're in the market for a vehicle, you should definitely get to know Jack Kain Ford!!

All work was done, including a check of various parts of the vehicle at a reasonable price, however I had an appointment set for 10:00 A.M. with the intent of waiting for the vehicle but the work did not start until 11:00 A.M. Suggest better coordination between scheduler and mechanics.

I bought my Ford Transit Connect three years ago from Jack Kain Ford in Versailles, KY. The buying experience was excellent with [redacted]. This vehicle has been trouble free until recently when it developed an excessive engine vibration at idle. After reviewing the problem the service dept. replaced an engine mount and the issue has been resolved. I especially appreciated Mr. [redacted] (Service Director) getting involved and contacting the Ford people to find a resolution to my problem.

On my last visit, a customer ahead of me (I do not know this person), had a complaint he expressed to the service desk attendant. The attendant explained the action taken by Ford was an approved process or action. The customer respectfully disagreed. (I silently agreed with the customer and was surprised that Ford had taken such a position). I will never forget Fords' position but was pleased to see that Ford corrected the issue before I left. Bottom line: The customer was happy, I was impressed.

Jack Kain Ford service department is the best place to have your Ford vehicle serviced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and was highly pleased with the work they did on my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would strongly recommend this company to anybody. We had a 4 mile move from house to house, but ended up with enough stuff to fill a 26' Uhaul twice. 3 guys in 9 hours knocked out the job loading and unloading the truck and house. They even made sure that our beds were set up so that we could pass-out after the long day. [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] - They just simply worked their butts off. Work was excellent, very careful, and polite. They barely took a break during the whole day. It has been a long time since I have seen a group of individuals with such a high work ethic and ability to do whatever it takes to please their customers.
