Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
1.       I never instructed Kevin’s men to use the sliding door.  I can easily remove the child gate in the living room and would have if they had indicated that was the route they preferred.  In fact I gladly would’ve removed the gate to prevent the refrigerator from being dented and scratched.  Kevin came out to my house the next day to personally move my sofa and I took the gate down at his request.  The men actually told my husband that they knew exactly how to maneuver the refrigerator with the doors on through the slider because that is how they do it except for they didn’t have lift straps with them but would muscle it instead. Since Kevin wasn’t here with his employees/contractors at the time of the refrigerator move, I’m guessing they’ve given him a different impression of what occurred and what I said.
2.       It is correct that I’ve withheld payment.  When the men scratched and dented the refrigerator, I asked them not to move the couch because I didn’t have confidence that they would not damage it too. They immediately called Kevin to tell him of their mistake.  The guys apologized to me and said Kevin was upset with them but would call me later to fix things.  The guys also said that moving my refrigerator and couch was supposed to be a quick job on their way home after a long day of completing another client’s move.  I’m working with another Hillsboro company and I assure you I’ve paid them and it is not customary that I withhold payment. I have offered all along to pay Kevin for the move once we are made whole for the damaged refrigerator.
3.       I’m not seeking something for free. It is my goal to have my refrigerator restored to its original condition. I attempted in the following ways to work with Kevin on this. First, I called to see if my renter’s insurance policy would cover the repairs or replacement. It would not. The insurer informed me the moving company is responsible for repairs or replacement.  Second, I made the phone calls to Frigidaire regarding replacements doors and panels. I’d hoped it would be as simple as that but the dented panel that is visible from the stove and kitchen entry is not replaceable.  Third, I called a local appliance store looking for someone who could remove the dent and was told they don’t do that sort of thing and don’t know who does.  I really have tried to find ways to fix this rather than replace it.  Please see attached pictures of damage. Finally, my husband informed Kevin that we were open to a certified refurbished and warrantied refrigerator but we never heard back from him other than he would look. So after 2 weeks we contacted Revdex.com.  This issue has been on-going for 5 weeks now. 
4.       I don’t think slinging insults and accusations about our moral character is helping this situation.  As I told Kevin before, I come from a family of small business owners so I know how hard he must work to earn a living and run a business.  Both of my parents have run their own businesses here in the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years.  Also, my back ground is customer service and it is in my nature to resolve issues not create them.  I did previously mention small claims court and will pursue that if we can’t come to an agreement that is fair. This isn’t a threat but rather an option if we can’t figure this out.
5.       Finally, on 11/14 I had the opportunity to talk with another local moving company who were contracted by the US Navy to unpack our household goods which were transported to Oregon after my husband’s last duty station. That company said if they had damaged my refrigerator it would be customary to repair it to its original condition or replace it.
6.       My refrigerator (Frigidaire 22 cu. Ft. [redacted]) is still being sold at local stores since it was originally purchased in 2014. It is currently on sale at Home Depot for $899. I will accept reimbursement in the amount of $724 ($899 less $175 for the cost of moving my sofa and refrigerator).  This is fair and reasonable since I will need to re-purchase an extended warranty as well as arrange for delivery of the replacement refrigerator.  May I remind you that I’m not coming out ahead since I originally paid $1100 plus 8% sales tax, delivery and extended warranty fees.

We were helping our daughter buy her first car. Everyone was great, but we especially appreciated the finance guy. He took the time to explain things to her and help her not only with this purchase but by giving her future advise for how to handle transactions and what to look for on contracts. It's always nice to have others reinforce what you try and teach our kids. Thanks for a great experience.

Awesome experience. I will be back and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Quick, Easy and I was treated very well! I love my new 2016 Ford! Bill Kain was great to work with and the salesman Bradd Gray was too.

Jack Kain Ford welcomed in this Hoosier, and received some good old southern hospitality. I had drove to the central part of Kentucky to purchase another Ford. After being lied to by those clowns just so they could sell a truck, I found the exact same vehicle here. After calling and making sure it was still available, they gave me directions to their location. I'm from Indiana, I wasn't sure how I was going to be treated, I hadn't called and worked any of the deal yet like I would normally being three hours away, so needless to say I was a little nervous.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was treated like I had been a customer for 20 years. BRADD GRAY, BILL EDWARDS, AND BILL KAIN were fantastic folks ladies and gentlemen. Not to mention, I got a FANTASTIC DEAL. There was not one aspect of the deal making process that I was unsure about. If your reading this review and your on the fence, I'm telling you stop in and you would be disappointed, tell em' Brad (that's one D) sent ya!

My husband and I are expecting our first child and decided it was time for a larger vehicle. Jack Kain Ford was the first and only place we looked. The deal we received was incredible with a staff performance to match. Everyone we came into contact with, especially [redacted], was so personable and professional that I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a new vehicle.

I WAS TREATED LIKE FAMILY AT KAIN FORD AND GOT A GREAT DEAL THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING SMOOTHLY AND WOULD PURCHASE AGAIN FROM THE DEALERSHIP

I would strongly recommend this company to anybody. We had a 4 mile move from house to house, but ended up with enough stuff to fill a 26' Uhaul twice. 3 guys in 9 hours knocked out the job loading and unloading the truck and house. They even made sure that our beds were set up so that we could pass-out after the long day. [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] - They just simply worked their butts off. Work was excellent, very careful, and polite. They barely took a break during the whole day. It has been a long time since I have seen a group of individuals with such a high work ethic and ability to do whatever it takes to please their customers.
