My new GE refrigerator that I ordered over the phone from ABT was delivered this afternoon I am a first time customer and am very pleased with the service Sasha from Customer Service made all the arrangements for me - what a professional she is - will use her again when I order a new stove The two delivery men - Dave and Ephram were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable Dave had to take off parts of the storm door in order for them to remove the old refrigerature and bring in the new - the door worked even better after he reassembled it It is so refreshing to deal with a company like ABT which hires such quality people and prides itself on good customer service DG

We have dispatched a finish crew to address [redacted] ***s issues with his gates today August 8, The back of our contract has a very descriptive paragraph about the lumber and what is warrantied and what is notWe try to stay on top of our warrenty repairs, but this is our extremely busy season and it is sometimes hard to get some one out there to do the repairs [redacted] was told that when the weather heats up and the humidity is very high that some times the boards do warp but they can also go back when it dries out someBut not always Our procedure for warranty repairs is to write up a repair ticket and pass it to shop for the foreman to pass out with the regular work when we are going to be in the areaThe customer really does not need to be present for this repair as long as the repair ticket is detailed with the issues the customer is havingOur warranty does not cover warped boards, which again is described on the back of our contractWe have been using the same lumber mills for years and we have definitely noticed a decline in quality of the lumber that we receive from the mills in the last yearsThis is just what is available in the market place these day Fencing Unlimited Inc

I purchased a 42" LG LED TV from Abt Electronics onlineIt arrived days later as expected and the screen was shatteredI called customer service on that Friday evening in all of minutes I explained what happened and the rep had my claim forwarded on to the claims deparmentIt was Labor Day weekend so the claims department called me back at 10am on Tuesday and again in all of minutes offered me an exact replacement, a credit or a refundI took the replacement and the rep said he would put in a pick up call for the damaged one and the new one would be double boxed this time and shipped out that day and I should expect it Friday of that week or Monday of the following weekFriday came and I had my replacement and it's beautiful I will be back on Abt.com when I'm ready for my DVD player and surround sound system

I admit that I was very nervous about purchasing a major appliance (an electric wall oven) over the Internet, but the price was right so I took a chance based on some good reviews that I found for ABT The entire experience was excellent Giancarlo, the salesman I spoke with, was extremely helpful and efficient in answering my questions and placing the orderThe order actually arrived a week before I was told to expect it and the delivery service was outstanding (company came exactly when they said they would be there) The next time I have to purchase a major appliance, I will definitely shop at ABT again
