A few months ago I purchased a new [redacted] microwave from AbtOne of the instillation screws needed to be replace so I called [redacted] and was told that it only came with the entire installation package that that it would be about $Then I called Abt and they sent me the entire installation package for FREEThank you Abt, I enjoyed doing business with you and I highly recommend you and hope to do business with you againPSYour price for my microwave was the best I could find anywhere

ABT lost my TV The shipping company called me to tell me that they could not find the TV that I ordered ABT never called me to inform me of this situation When I contacted ABT they knew nothing about the issue and had to call the shipping company I was promised a phone call back with more information but that did not happen When I called back the customer service representative at ABT stated that they had tried to call me back but for some reason had the wrong number This couldn't have been true because I gave them my number and the shipping company called me with the correct number When I called back the next day to see where my TV was at they still had not found the TV and offered no consolation Finally on the third day of calling ABT they mailed me another TV Six days later I still do not have a TV and ABT has yet to contact me to let me know anything about the order After calling on day "of the second TV shipment this is a total of days since the first order was placed" with no TV I asked the ABT representative where my TV was at and she had no clue where my TV was and simply said it takes a while to ship orders ABT has been on of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and others should be warned about this company Their low prices are a gimmick and their customer support is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with This company does not care about their customers They will use any excuse they can to cover themselves Do not buy from this company

We have looked into the customers issue and determined the following: Our distributor confirmed that they shipped a brand new unit with the serial number that we recorded That serial number was never returned to the distributor or Abt The serial number of the unit shipped back
to us was tracked back to *** and would have been received by *** into their inventory in October of last year (2015).We are confident that the headphones returned to us were not the ones that we shipped out We sent those headphones back to the customer yesterday

I purchased a Oven online delivery to business days I called day , I was told business days but she would send me an email as to delivery date No email Day called: it could be on the truck in days would I like the "store display" in the back and they would refund $I asked him to check it, Yes, it looked brand new I wouldn't be able to tell the difference They could deliver it on Thursday and would arrive with manual and warrantyI asked what time of delivery They said I would be called in the morning of deliveryI told them I needed to arrange either morning or afternoon from workShe said I could request I requested Morning Thursday morning at 8:I received a call they would be there between and 5!! I had asked for morning was told could rescheduleNo, I would take that Delivery came at 4:set up was good Asked for the manual No manual it was an open box stove so no manual would need to call customer service to get one FridayLooked at my bank account to see if my card had been creditedNo credit Called customer service asked for a manual and when the credit had been sent to my bank They had not credited my bank yet would do it today?!?!?! And would send out a manual

We bought a *** washer/dryer stacked unit at this sham of a store The unit has broken down times and now since we have passed the day return period, we will get to have our unit "serviced" for the remainder of the warranty and then we are completely out of luck when the machine ultimately failsThis company no longer stands by its products like it used to and that is a shame When also taking the inflated prices into consideration (which used to be fine with me because I knew that I would get great customer service) I recommend avoiding this company and taking your business elsewhere

ABT.com is easily one of the worst companies that I have every dealt with Their customer support is not efficient and they did not treat me as if they cared about my order I purchased a TV through their website and was contacted one week later saying that my TV would be delivered the next day The next morning, an individual from a warehouse contacted me and informed me my TV was lost He explained how they had looked for the TV but couldn’t find it and I would get a call when they found the TV to reschedule a delivery time ABT never contacted me to let me know the status of my TV or to let me know that my TV was lost I called that night and the first person from ABT told me that the TV would be delivered the next day and knew nothing about how it was lost She told me she would contact the warehouse and then call me back She never called me back Later that night I contacted ABT again and they made excuse after excuse about why they could not give me a direct answer on where my TV was located At the end of the conversation the ABT representative told me that they would call me back the next day with answers Needless to say this phone call never came and I was forced to call again This time ABT informed me that they had shipped another TV but they did not know when it would arrive and still could not find the first TV that I had ordered ABT has made too many excuses and their customer support is extremely lacking I expected this company to be very active at contacting consumers about orders but they have never once during this entire process taken the time to call me and let me know anything about my order I would never order anything from ABT again and warn others to use other retailers before being enticed by ABT's prices It is not worth it Pay the extra money and go to another retailer

The consumer purchased a television from us on 12/17/ On 1/14/he alerted us to an issue with the TV He stated that there bright splotches on the screen An exchange was set up and new set was shipped to him the next day On 2/1/he called stating the the new set
also had a blothcy screen At this time he decided to exchange for an OLED tv instead of an LED tv That unit was shipped to him on 2/2/ I received a call from him yesterday 9/21/at around 11: He stated that he had called earlier in the day and that a manager was supposed to call him back I apologized that he had not heard back from someone ( I later found out that one of our managers had called him at 10:and left a message as he did not answer) He stated that this TV was not turning on and shutting off properly, and that he wanted a refund I told him that because the unit was seven months old, we would need to have a technician repair his TV (under warranty at no cost to him) He said that he had called LG and that they couldn't fix it I asked if a technician had been out to his house and he said no I went so far as to offer to find him an authorized repair person in his area and set up the call for him so that he wouldn't have to spend any more time on the phone He began a rant about how we are selling refurbished product, and that I must take the unit back and give him a refund Again I explained that we would need to repair the unit He went on to say that if I couldn't help him, if it was not in my power, that he wanted to speak to someone else I explained that it was not a matter of having the power to take the unit back, but a matter of what was the right way to address the situation I told him that I would not take the unit back unless a technician attempted to remedy the issue and deemed the unit un-repairable After a minute conversation with him he demanded to speak to an owner I understand the he did later in the day and had very much the same conversation with him.It is simply not reasonable for him to expect us to take back a seven month old television without even an attempt by a technician to address the issue he is having

I am an international customer from Canada who bought a product from abt who are based in the USAThey helped me order over the phone and the product arrived dented and it seems it was damaged in transitThis led me to test their customer serviceThe replacement was shipped very quickly and ABT customer service was very efficient in resolving all my issuesI have now received the replacement product, and UPS came to pick the damaged productSo I wanted to write this just to confirm how good ABT's customer service really is from my experience!

I am rejecting this response because:
the only thing scanned was the box containing the headphones, not the unit itself, which Mr*** confirmed; the box serial number appears on the invoice (the only paperwork I have,) and short of having video taped opening the box when it was received and when re-packaging to return, I don't know what else I could've doneThe only set of these headphones I've ever purchased was from ABT, and those were the same unit I returned. The product was not damaged nor destroyed in any way, all I asked for was a refundThey refuse to cooperate and be a respectable business, I will continue to pursue other options to remedy thisWhen I asked Mr*** if I had known to check if the serial numbers matched and contacted them about it if it didn't match what they would've done, he said he didn't knowI have no way of knowing if the unit they continue to maintain isn't the one they shipped is even the one that I returned in the package, as again, as far as I know they also didn't video tape opening my return (unless they have video to verify what they are saying is true.)

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! There was advertisement and it was verified by different Live Chat representatives I had the transcripts sent to me that states the same as the advertisement.......FREE shipping and no tax In fact, not true with a string of conversation of all the questions as to why but nothing resolved When a "manager" called me back after I requested for him to read transcripts and contact me, he was beyond rude and resolved nothing This is a bait and switch so you will order from them and not several other reputable retailers I will not make this mistake again and hope others are smart enough as well The "manager" stated he did not read the transcripts however somehow responded with their disclaimers to cover advertisements What?? Do these disclaimers include your employees as well?

Customer service was wonderfulI placed my order online after chatting with Andy H It was nice to receive immediate service and supportWe are replete customers because every purchase had need excellentSuperior products and amazing customer service from start to finish

I purchased a 42" LG LED TV from Abt Electronics online. It arrived 5 days later as expected and the screen was shattered. I called customer service on that Friday evening in all of 2 minutes I explained what happened and the rep had my claim forwarded on to the claims deparment. It was Labor Day weekend so the claims department called me back at 10am on Tuesday and again in all of 2 minutes offered me an exact replacement, a credit or a refund. I took the replacement and the rep said he would put in a pick up call for the damaged one and the new one would be double boxed this time and shipped out that day and I should expect it Friday of that week or Monday of the following week. Friday came and I had my replacement and it's beautiful.

I will be back on Abt.com when I'm ready for my DVD player and surround sound system.
