Jim was polite and clean worker. He had good ideas to suggest as well. He installed 2 stair climbers and two bathroom support bars for me. All are working well.
My first concern is that it took 3 appointments before he could come and view the job, and it took 3 appointments before he could install the job.

My experience with Access Mobility Equipment and [redacted] has been a very good one to say the least. I contacted the company for installation of a metal wheelchair ramp at my home after my husband broke his ankle. He is a dialysis patient and is in an overall weakened condition due to those and more health issues. [redacted] was courteous, timely and delivered all when promised. I found their pricing to be fair for the work done. Followup has been great as well.

Jim and I agreed to an install on Friday  2 Dec.   I confirmed the install on Wednesday evening, 30 Nov by e-mail.   The scheduled time was for 10 AM.   Jim confirmed the appointment but said he may be a little late due to travel time.  I told him I needed to leave the house at 1:30 PM.Jim never showed up.I sent Jim an e-mail this morning letting Jim know that I am currently available next Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, each day, all day.  I prefer after 10 AM, but I can accommodate after 9 AM.[redacted]

Our sincereist apologies and regrets for the delay.   This is being taken care of within the next 7-10 business days with a certified check sent via tracable means.
