I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] we are. Ow at 3 visits from Ashley Curniture and the bed issue is still not resolved. The installers they are sending to my home ZERO respect for me or my personal property. When purchasing the bed we were told we. Ended to buy an expensive surge protector for the frame to stay in warranty installers unplugged it from the wall and my other items plugged into wall, then plugged frame directly into the wall outlet. When done assembling the frames bed was not placed back on the frame and my furniture that they moved was not returned to its place. The manager Henry at the store won't return my phone calls. The number that the store gave me for the  corporate office is disconnected. I am just an utter disbelief at the lack of customer care or concern at this point. I am a paying customer that spent almost $7000 on merchandise that is faulty  and Ashley furniture does not care.

Thank you for updating us regarding [redacted] situation. After further review of Mr. [redacted] complaint, we have reviewed the technician’s photos with our management team. Our technician did not report any cracking, however the photos do show scratching and chipping. [redacted]’s claim, upper management has scheduled a technician to go to his home to address the concerns he has with the furniture. The technician is scheduled for 6/8, and he will be contacting Mr. [redacted] the day before with his time frame. Once the technician has completed his report, Ashley Furniture will follow up with him within 24-48 hours after the report has been submitted. concerns, it was discovered that Ms. [redacted]’s sale was financed at 24 months which is why the discounts were not applied.  Our retail location has contacted Ms. [redacted] to discuss this and advise that we can offer the discounts but the financing terms would need to be changed to 12 months.  Ms. [redacted] has advised our retail location that she will get back to them on what she would like to do.  We invite Ms. [redacted] to continue to work directly with the retail location. We have found that the mattress is defective, however that specific mattress is no longer available. Fast service, reasonable price, fixed all of my problems, very easy to communicate with. Picked up and installed new outdoor light fixture, moved attic light fixture to better location, checked and adjusted bathroom wall light fixture, and fixed problem with kitchen wall outlet. I intend to use Ace Electric for any future electrical services that I might need and to recommend them to anyone I know who needs an electrician.

Ace Electric completed a big job on our home. They had to replace our entire electric panel and replace our grounding system that was not aquatically installed by another company when house was built. They were able to help improve our heating and cooling systems by replacing the breakers and panel box that has become burned up by the faulty wiring done by another electrical contractor. Ace Electric also installed an electrical outlet for our pool pump. Ace Electric was reasonably priced for such a large job. They came back to complete the job to our satisfaction on several occasions. I was very pleased with their work and their willingness to ensure we were satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend Ace Electric to anyone looking for electrical work on their home.

Ace did such a great and honest job! Before coming to our house they contacted MLGW for us and sent a team out to deal with one of our major problems. Ace knew what the issue was just from the way I (very inexpertly) described it on the phone. He then came out the very next day to fix two light fixtures that hadn't worked in months. I couldn't ask for better or faster service.

Please be aware, cautious and suspicious and do not sign a contract with the owner which will have a low dollar amount on it for the cost of his work. He will try and distract you with his lack of knowledge of how much the job will cost, but trust me he knows. He just doesn't want to lose the job because of how absurd it is. Once the job is done, he will add additional costs that were not on the original invoice you signed. So, the financial lesson is if you get charged $395 to put on 14 light plates (yes, the kind that go over your light sockets and electrical plugs) and he tells you if was 2 hours worth of "work" putting on those plates, you have been duped. $24 actual cost to pull a permit---my cost $85. He originally told me $50. #14 light switches as supplies---my cost $50. $260 in labor---my cost $260. Total $395. This is precisely why contractors get a bad name. Period. I'm not going to even go into the absolutely incredulous invoice I received the same day for some other work he performed. He's been to court a couple of times already this year in July and October, maybe because other's decided not to be taken advantage of, and that may be where we end up too. Pay attention and read the complaints regarding being given one price and ending up with another. A whole lot more can be said and believe me, will be to anyone that will listen.
