Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was contacted by an Ashley representative on 3/The representative offered store credit towards a Made in USA piece of furnitureI refused the offer since they only had choices of a "Power Reclining Sofa with Power Head Supports"The representative raised his voice and was quite irateI asked him to calm down or the conversation was overHe did calm down and asked what I would acceptI advised the only resolution would be for them to pickup this damaged made in China sofa and refund my purchaseI tried to explain why, but he cut my response short stating that he had all the information in front of himHe asked again if I accepted their offer of store credit, I responded noHe said there was nothing else he could do at this timeI wished him a good weekend.I just feel I cannot trust this company when a person who is supposed to resolve the situation could have easily escalated itI was also directly lied to by the manger saying the sofa was made in the USAI do not want any dealing with them and will not shop there in the future Regards, [redacted]
