As for the visit on 10/22/12, it was [redacted] that was at Mrand Mrs [redacted] s houseACME Home Services, LLC only went out to the [redacted] s house twiceOnce on 4/12/invoice [redacted] and on 10/14/invoice #ACME Home Services, LLC did not take over [redacted] ***'s contractsThe creditors of [redacted] contacted us and asked ACME Home Services, LLC to provide the services for the customers with maintenance agreements, nor did ACME Home Services, LLC purchase said agreementsInvoice [redacted] Casey only charged the [redacted] s $157.84, if you look at the invoice you'll see that the unit cost for the 1pl 30amp contactor is $and Casey only charged $when the actual price for our maintenance customers is $which is 20% off and the book price for the plenum seal is $and Casey included this which should have cost $at the 20% off, so the [redacted] s were only charged $and saved $Invoice [redacted] the [redacted] s purchased a surge protectorAnthony told them that the reason for a surge protector was the same reason people have them for thier computers and other electronics is to protect the air conditioning unit against power surges Thank You, Voniece A [redacted] , Office Manager

[redacted] ***., was it's own company that we managed and owned, the qualifying party never let the [redacted] know he sold the company and also got sick and let the license go and the company went out of business [redacted] contracted with us to manage themJust recently the owner broke his contract with us and we no longer manage themACME Home Services, LLC is operating under the handyman exception and it says so on our invoicesAll companies are separate companies, with their own EIN numbers, insurance, bank accounts., etcThe [redacted] s purchased their program from a company called [redacted] that went out of business back in 2011, that is who they paid for their contract, not us!!! We did not take over nor purchase these contracts, we were contacted to provide the services only, (by the creditor's of [redacted] ***)! A refund is to give back money that was paidSince we never received any money for their contract we cannot refund it Thank You, Voniece A [redacted] , Office Manager

On 12/4/ACME Home Services, LLC sent Eric out on a routine maintenance check, but the heat was not working so it should have been a service callEric replaced the condensing fan motor and a pole contactor, then he called out our head tech Daryl to help himDaryl found that there was a freon leak, we charged the customer $The other charge of $was paid to the parts house not usDaryl scheduled to go back out on 12/8/to do the leak repairAfter finishing the leak repair Daryl scheduled for Eric to go back out and replace the blower motor (free of charge) on 12/11/The customer was home on 12/4/15, but not there on 12/8/We were never at her house on 12/5/according to our tickets and computerThen on 12/10/15, the day before the motor was to come in and Eric was to go back out and replace it, the customer called out another company through their home warranty companyThat company said that the blower motor was wired wrong, which we hadn't done this motor yet, and they said that the unit was slightly low on puron,, but their invoice doesn't show how much puron was addedDaryl assures me that the unit was fully charged with freon when he leftACME Home Services, LLC did all the repairs that [redacted] paid for, and we would have not only fixed, but replaced the blower motor for free if she would have waited one day (when she was scheduled for)It was her decision to call out another company through her home warranty company and pay themI can not authorize a refund for work that was completeThank You, Voniece A [redacted] , Office ManagerP.SI have included copies from our computer of scheduled appointments, our invoice, and the other company's invoice

I acknowledge that I signed a contract with Acclaim I do not dispute thisI have copies of the contract and the work order that I signed with AcclaimMy dispute is that I did not sign a contract with [redacted] nor was I presented with one to signYet my name is on the copy they sent me and they are on my credit record as delinquent and saying that I owe them almost $2k, according to a contract I did not even see, let alone sign, and to whose terms I would never have agreedSomebody put my name on that contract, and it wasn't meThis is the root of my problem.I will not pay a debt I did not agree toI signed a contract with your companyI thought I was paying your company, and that [redacted] was a billing serviceI agreed to to pay your feesI did not agree to pay theirsI was not aware that you had been paid in full, but your company was, or should have been, and when I cancelled this contract, you should have issued a refund immediately to [redacted] But you didn't, and my credit is suffering for itThis is unacceptable to meAnd since it was your company's actions, or inaction, that created this problem, I expect your company to fix it

The other three invoices we have are as follows: Invoice #Dated 10/15/It has the name [redacted] Managed by Acme Home Services, LLCWith a [redacted] numberInvoice [redacted] Dated 10/14/It has the name [redacted] ***A wholly owned subsidiary of Acme Home Services, LLCWith a [redacted] *umberInvoice [redacted] Dated 10/22/It has the name [redacted] ***A wholly owned subsidiary of Acme Home Services, LLCWith a [redacted] *umberThe last two invoices listed have the same logo (a four bladed fan) that is found on the two newest ones they are referring toThe two newest invoices do not have a [redacted] In it's place is "Not a licensed contractor"This has me coming to one conclusion in that they had their license taken awayAll of the invoices have the same address of [redacted]

First of all, ACME Home Services, LLC andAcclaim Air, LLC are two different companiesACME Home Services, LLC is aManagement and marketing companyAcclaim Air, LLC is an air conditioning andheating companyOn 11/2914, [redacted] financed a maintenance program for $withAcclaim Air, LLC and with that program, an evapand condcoil cleaning and aduct cleaning were included.(See attached invoice#and maintenanceprogram#212877)In the lower left-hand corner is the refund policy.Yes, [redacted] is getting a refund of $minus $and minus $servicechargeHer refund will be $[redacted] signed the finance contract, or we could not have received thefinancingWe did not forge her name! We had to take a picture of her validstate Driver's License or ID with her signature and her banking account name, account number, and routing number to the finance company to get her approved.Without her we would not have had that informationAlso, we have to include acopy of the invoice signed by the customer to the financing companyThen thefinancing company generates the finance contract after verifying, which we tookout to the customer to have the customer signSo, the finance company has aclear picture of the customers valid ID with customer's signature, our companyinvoice with customer's signature, and the copy of the contract for financingwith her signatureIn all her calls to our office she never accused us offorging her signatureShe only wanted to cancel her programThere is no waywe could have forged her signatureAnd yes we took the contract out to her tosignI have also included a copy of invoice# [redacted] where Acclaim Air, LLC wentback out to [redacted] ***'s house and did the duct cleaning and she signed theinvoiceIf [redacted] did not approve the duct cleaning and financing wewould not have gone back and done the duct cleaning on 12/20/14.(Which I haveincluded a copy of with her signature.) Thank You< Voniece A [redacted] OfficeManager for Acclaim Air, LLC

As far as their first visit being on 10-12-with Casey is incorrectThat is actually the third of five visits from the paper work that we can find at this timeThe first one being 10-22-Acme Home Services took over the company from our initial service agreement companyAcme Home services agreed to accept and abide by that original agreementThey took on the responsibility of that company when they purchased themSo they should be held responsible and we should be reimbursed With Invoice [redacted] with Casey there was a charge of $I do not have access to any book price so I cannot confirm that I got any reduced priceI cannot be assured that anything was wrong with the unit or that any parts were replaced on the unit because I was not given the worn/broken parts and I was not capable of climbing onto the roof to evaluate if any work had been doneSo I cannot assume I received any savings of $373.60, because it ultimately cost me $for work that may not have needed to be done or was doneAs for the Invoice [redacted] with Anthony who sold us a Surge ProtectorHe told us we needed one because we had two large TV's and a computer in our household and that is why we need oneThey were pulling/using too much electricityAccording to a licensed Air Conditioning company that was contacted that is a not trueThey laughed at the reason he told us we needed oneThat is $in cost that we did not need

ACME Home Services, LLC has only been to the [redacted] s home twice ( I have included both these invoices )The first visit was on 4/12/14, ACME Home Services, LLC sent out Casey for a routine maintenance check invoice [redacted] , and Casey did the A/C check, a pole amp contactor, a plenum seal, and an hour labor; Casey only charged the [redacted] $for the contactor which was less that half of the book priceSo the [redacted] s saved a total of $on that visitThan again on 10/14/we sent out Anthony and per our invoice [redacted] and the [redacted] s purchased a surge protector for $As for the maintenance program, the [redacted] s puchased that from another company so we can cancel the maintenance program, but we can not refund money we never recieved Thank You Voniece A [redacted] , Office Manager

Aclaim air and acme have seemed to have treated me pretty well in regards to the acThey seem to have good technicians and the office lady voniece ( I think) always give me an awesome attitude and always sends me the same technician I would give them a out of Only reason why not a solI'd is sometimes it's hard to get through

After reading ACME's response I have to disagree with the majority of what was said (see my original complaint)First and foremost when they came out the heater was not in working order and when they left (both times) the heater was not in working order I called a different company they came out identified the issue immediately and had it resolved within one visit at a cost to me of $They DID NOT replace any parts and there was no leak they did top off the Freon at no charge as it was a minimal amountIn the response it was stated that the $was paid for parts so untrue this was paid for the Freon that I was told I needed and that ACME took receipt ofAlso the receipt they supplied and the receipt in my possession does not even come close to matchingI sent will send mine but its extremely hard to make sense ofI am prepared to pay for a service call not to exceed $ but nothing more as nothing more was done by this "F" rated companyIf this is not acceptable I will contact my Attorney, I have not done this to date as I had hoped to resolve the issue without involving them I have a maintenance agreement with this company that I paid for but, I do not ever want them on my property againThis experience is going to make it very difficult for me to trust any company's integrity going forwardThank you for your attention to this matterRegards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] My comments are: They never told me the voucher expired, Acclaim stated [redacted] finished his check of a/c unit, and didn't charge, this visit was at no charge from their original call to me to have a winter check up and receive a pre summer check up at no chargeMy decision to call my a/c person was because of scare tactics Acclaim told me about my unit As I originally wrote on my complaint, when I did not receive the promised check, and tried calling them many times, left messages, and no one ever mentioned that the accountant became ill, WHY NOT???? They are blaming me for this time period, and they failed to tell me When they asked for a copy the 2nd time, I did not trust them at all, and that is why I contacted the Revdex.comAcclaim sounds like they are blaming me for not returning my $$$, thou I totally blame them for what they have put me thru I have attached a copy of the $invoice that they originally had and approved, and now stated have misplacedI truly hope I receive this within a weeks time and end this horrible situation that you have put me thruRegarding your rating, before I even put in a complaint, I was told you are F in the Revdex.com, whether it be Acclaim Air or Acme Home Services, You are FFFFFF and more in my book and again, to put a senior thru this is not very acceptableRevdex.com will be called when I receive this $$$

The other three invoices we have are as follows:Invoice #Dated 10/15/It has the name *** *** *** Managed by Acme Home Services, LLCWith a *** number.Invoice *** Dated 10/14/It has the name *** *** ***A wholly owned subsidiary of Acme Home Services, LLCWith a *** *umber.Invoice *** Dated 10/22/It has the name *** *** ***A wholly owned subsidiary of Acme Home Services, LLCWith a *** *umber. The last two invoices listed have the same logo (a four bladed fan) that is found on the two newest ones they are referring toThe two newest invoices do not have a *** *** ***In it's place is "Not a licensed contractor"This has me coming to one conclusion in that they had their license taken awayAll of the invoices have the same address of *** ** *** *** *** ** ***

I am requesting a copy of the other companies invoice so I can actually see what they did to repair the unitThe customer left a message with my pm dispatcher that it was the TXV and the damage was done replacing the coils and we did not do any work on either of these partsI really want to
resolve this issue, but my owner is requesting a copy of the other companies invoice before we can go any furtherYou can email me a copy to *** my new email addressThank You *** ***, Office ManagerOnce I get the copy of the invoice I will let the customer know about getting a this issue resolved

This company also does business as Acclaim Air, LLCThey telemarket people offering an "AC tufor only $39.95"However, once the "tune-up" is done they pressure unsuspecting customers into extremely overpriced repairs, modifications, and service plans
On 09/11/I agreed to let them do the "tune-up", after which their technician Daryl highly recommended installing a Kickstart KSHard Start Kit on my AC unit "to extend the life of the compressor"Daryl told me that it would cost about $He said it was "a reasonable price" and that "their price was competitive with other HVAC companies"So I let Daryl install the Hard Start Kit on my AC unit and he charged me $
After Daryl left, I did some research and found out that I had been lied to badlyThe Kickstart KSpart is available from *** *** through *** *** *** *** for $Adjusting the price for a reasonable markup of 50%, I should have been charged about $for the partIt took the technician about minutes to install itAllowing for a reasonable hourly labor rate of $and presuming that they bill in half hour increments, then I should have been charged about $for the laborSince they were already at my home to do the "tune-up", then there should not have been a service callIf they truly charged "reasonable" and "competitive" prices, then I should have been charged a total of $for the Hard Start Kit installation(In fact, I called *** *** and they quoted me $to do this same job, including the service call, parts, and labor)By simple math, their service was overpriced by $($274.34-$117.40)
I have given this company three opportunities to make this right and they (Voniece A***) refused toBy now, it should be clear that this company preys on and victimizes unsuspecting people and that they engage in dishonest business practicesSo don't let them lie to you and victimize you too

First of all, ACME Home Services, LLC andAcclaim Air, LLC are two different companiesACME Home Services, LLC is aManagement and marketing companyAcclaim Air, LLC is an air conditioning andheating company. On 11/2914, *** *** financed a maintenance program for $withAcclaim Air,

Thank You< Voniece A*** OfficeManager for Acclaim Air, LLC

ACME Home Services, LLC no longer manages Acclaim Air, LLC, if you wish an answer to this or any of Acclaim Air, LLC's complaints please send to themThank You Voniece A*** Office Manager

First of nobody is blaming *** ***! As far as the expiration date on the voucher I have included a copy of one of our vouchers which we give a copy of to the customerThe expiration date is on it, our technician fills them out and puts the year which would have been 2015, since we were at Sandra's house in November I also have apologized more than once about losing the copy of the invoice from the other companyThe only reason we are giving her the $is in the interest of customer satisfaction! I still stand behind my technician! Acclaim Air does not have an F rating with the Revdex.com, ACME Home Services, LLC does and I am trying to fix it; since these are two different companiesACME Home Services, LLC is a management and marketing company with one owner and Acclaim Air, LLC is a licensed and bonded air conditioning and heating company with its own ownerThey are two different companiesI have placed the check to *** *** in the mail

Do not use this company if they call you saying you have a preventative maintenance agreement with themThey are one of 4-companies was that was sold a list from a company called *** *** in Tempe, Az that has since went out of businessThe will ruin your equipment and charge you for things that you do not need fixedAs of this day and time, I am waiting on a refund check they said I would receive for working on my less than a year old unit, under warranty that they charged me for a compressor capThey technician should have realized the unit was less than year old and told me to call my warranty company to fix instead of them charging me

1) On 11/1/Acclaim Air, LLC sent *** our technician out to *** *** house to do a check on her ac unitHe did the check and made a couple of recommendations and *** said no so *** finished the check and charged her only $and left her a voucher to come back out and check her
system for free, like we told her when we scheduled the appointment2) On 5/18/Acclaim Air,LLC 's technician *** was sent out to *** house for a voucher call, even though the voucher had expired back in March 2015, we still honored it*** did the check on *** AC unit and he made a couple of recommendations (just like our first tech *** did), one being that her coils needed cleaning and the other being her mfd capacitor was over amping (it was a mfd capacitor and *** reading said it was at 68.7)*** told *** no she had her own AZ company and would have them look at it*** finished his check of *** unit and didn't charge her and left her a copy of the invoice#***)3)It was *** decision to call out her own company and pay them $to recheck the unitWe don't know what time of day or what the temperature was when her ac guy came out or why his readings were different than *** was out at *** house from 11:am to 12:pm (see attachment invoice#***)4) When *** *** called me, I told her that I needed a copy of the other companies invoice so I could review it and see if I could help her outAfter reviewing both our invoice and the other companies invoice, I didn't see a reason to give her the money she was asking for, but in the interest of customer satisfaction I agreed to send her her moneyI stand behind my technician *** and we did nothing wrongI told her I would turn it over to accounting for review and they would send her a checkAfterwards, our accountant became ill and miss some workThen *** called in again and I looked everywhere for the copy she sent me of the invoice and I couldn't find it5) I had my dispatcher tell her to please send me another copy of the invoice via fax, like the first time she sent it*** said no, then she told Shelley to have me email her a request for the copyI emailed her the request immediately and *** emailed back to put in writing why I needed the copy againAnd I did and she still refused threatening that she would go to the Revdex.com, news, ** and ***6) All I need is a copy of the invoice from the other company so my accountant can issue he a check, as I said before, in the interest of customer satisfaction only, not that we did anything wrongShe refuses to resend itMy accountant needs it for our records, we can't just write a check without having proof of what's being paid7) As far as the F rating with the Revdex.com, that is another company, Acclaim Air, LLC does not have a rating with the Revdex.comI have been working on that to no availWe have no complaints with the ***8) We her at Acclaim Air, LLC only wish to resolve theis matter with *** ***, and I apologize for losing the first copy of the other invoiceThank You, *** ***, Office Manager for Acclaim Air, LLC

I responded to this complaint on May 7th or 8th We have already refunded $by mistakeI told the part time accountant to send Mrs*** a refund check and she sent the check in the amount of the last check instead of the first check Mrs*** wrote usSo on the 7th of May I
received an email from Mrs*** that she received the check in the wrong amount and I told her I would have the accountant send her a check for the difference ($3281.12) on Tuesday May 12th Well this morning I came into the check sitting on my desk, the accountant came in on Wednesday May 13th and wrote the check but didn't mail itI was on vacation for the last part of last week til today Monday May 18th, So, I have placed to the check in the mail and Mrs*** should have it in the next few daysI apologize for the wait, but both the part time accountant and myself have been out ill a few days over the last couple of weeks, then I took a three day vacation for the first time in 3yearsAs of today Monday May 18th Acclaim Air LLC has refunded the total of $to Mrs***
