Yesterday I got a phone call from an air conditioning company which turned out to be ACS Home ServicesThey were offering a special on maintenance service.We thought they were bugging our house as we were just discussing how one of our rooms was extremely hot and we needed someone to come check it outThe special was for buy one get one free on the maintenanceThe girl explained everything in detail and after talking to her for awhile it was decided that it wasn't what we neededAfter we hung up she talked to her manager who called me back to get more informationAfter talking to him he thought that it was something that was an easy fix and he would have him service person come and check it outThe manager's name was Milton and he told me he would have one of his best service technician, Sam *** come the next daySam arrived on time and was very professional and took the extra time to explain everything to us in layman's termsHe did the work in a short amount of time and even took off his shoes when he came into the house as he didn't want to track dirt on our floorsNice touchOverall Sam was excellent and I would recommend ACS Home Services to anyone of my friends in the futureCan't wait to see Sam in six monthsThanks again
