I'm more than satisfied with Josh and his excellent customer service over the phone. I was communicating with a service manager from ACS who was also doing a great job at explaining to me in detail my air conditioning needs, but I wanted some more clarification. Both took their time to make sure I was receiving accurate information pertaining to my needs, even though I wanted something else. Overall they provided a great solution for me and I'm going to use them again.

ACS installed new A/C System one year ago. The installation was quick which has cut my electric bill in half. The Tech that came to do my one year check made sure everything was in good working order and all my concern were addressed.
