I have contacted customer service to report an issueWhen I was explaining the representative the issue and didn't agree on one comment he made, he just went into rage and started yelling saying that he is the specialist and he knows what he's talking about, I remarked him tgat he shouldn't be raising his voice, not even letting me finish, yelling in the phone and even dared to say that I am incompetent in such topics and hung up the phone!! I am outraged! I cannot believe this has happened!! The call was made today, August [redacted] 11.31am, with a man, he didn't introduce himselfNo one deserves to receive such customer care and feel so stressed, morality insulted afterwards!!
