The phone number listed by this business is giving message that SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
After message, it says: please stay on line and we will connect you with the first available operator , then music is playing for 46 minutes and then phone gets disconnected. If you will try it you will see that THIS BUSINESS IS LYING!

Review: TV service outage for over a week. The phone support doesn't respond.Desired Settlement: Since the company is unable to deliver adequate uninterrupted service, I request a full refund for an annual subscription fee of $285 I have paid at the origination of service.

[redacted] Please see attached:Actava TV is an IPTV company that provides television technology (set-top boxes) and support for TV internet streaming and such set-top boxes. Unfortunately, Actava TV has recently become involved in litigation concerning its services, as a result of which Actava TV was forced to halt its services. Actava TV apologizes for the inconvenience and hopes to resume its services as soon as court proceedings permit. Upon resumption of service, Actava TV would provide a service credit to those customers remaining with Actava TV. In the mean time, for customers who wish to cancel services, Actava TV is offering prorated refunds for equipment and IPTV services that customers previously prepaid for. A customer's prorated refund will be based upon the services remaining in the customer's contractual services period.

It is critical for our family to have a working TV. We have relied on Actava TV in good faith and as a result of the outage, we are unable to watch any television for over 3 weeks. The box that Actava TV has supplied to us is customized for the use of their services exclusively. We are unable to use it anyhow.I am offering to return this box for a $285 exchange that I have prepaid for the 12 months.

Please see attached:For customers who wish to cancel services, Actava TV is offering prorated refunds for equipment and IPTV services that customers previously prepaid for. A customer's prorated refund will be based upon the services remaining in the customer's contractual services period. Customers can reach Actava TV at ###-###-#### to request a refund. Upon calling, callers will hear a prerecorded message regarding Actava TV’s interruption of service, after which callers will be connected with a customer representative.

I have contacted customer service to report an issue. When I was explaining the representative the issue and didn't agree on one comment he made, he just went into rage and started yelling saying that he is the specialist and he knows what he's talking about, I remarked him tgat he shouldn't be raising his voice, not even letting me finish, yelling in the phone and even dared to say that I am incompetent in such topics and hung up the phone!! I am outraged! I cannot believe this has happened!! The call was made today, August [redacted] 11.31am, with a man, he didn't introduce himself. No one deserves to receive such customer care and feel so stressed, morality insulted afterwards!!
Review: All channels were turned of on Feb [redacted] without any explanation. I called several times to the company. Noone pick up phone. I don't know what to do. I paid for the service by June 2016

Review: My actava tv stopped translating regular programming as of February 2016 except 2 channels out of 600 or more channels available.Desired Settlement: I have contacted them in march for refund of the cost paid year in advance but was asked to wait few month as the company is going thru legal issues and is willing to extend the service contract length for the missing month after resolution and service restore.
