After message, it says: please stay on line and we will connect you with the first available operator , then music is playing for 46 minutes and then phone gets disconnected. even though, this business "offering apologies and refund" - they are LYING! Not only they are  giving money back to the customers, they dont' answer the phone nor I was able to leave a message.

I have contacted customer service to report an issue. When I was explaining the representative the issue and didn't agree on one comment he made, he just went into rage and started yelling saying that he is the specialist and he knows what he's talking about, I remarked him tgat he shouldn't be raising his voice, not even letting me finish, yelling in the phone and even dared to say that I am incompetent in such topics and hung up the phone!! I am outraged! I cannot believe this has happened!! The call was made today, August [redacted] 11.31am, with a man, he didn't introduce himself. No one deserves to receive such customer care and feel so stressed, morality insulted afterwards!!

I am completely disagree and disappointed by this response from Actava TV company. Unopened box was returned to the company by mail delivery in the beginning of December 2016. This package was  not received by customer (I did not sign delivery slip, just send back this package with delivery person). In this case the money need to be return to customer immediately. Representative of Actava TV company just wrote general response. I still do not know when I will have my money back, he did not state when exactly it will happen. As many times I talk to them, they always said the same with promise to return my money. Today 2/*/2017, but I did not get my money yet. It should be return immediately. Besides that customer service rep. does not talk professionally and was rude.       Regards, [redacted].

It is critical for our family to have a working TV. We have relied on Actava TV in good faith and as a result of the outage, we are unable to watch any television for over 3 weeks. The box that Actava TV has supplied to us is customized for the use of their services exclusively. We are unable to use it anyhow.
