We went out and did service on the dishwasher and everything was working when we left The customer called back saying it was leaking we went back again and found that more parts needed to be replaced we gave the customer an estimate that was refused The customer claimed that we had broken his dishwasher that is just not true so we went about seeing if we could do anything to help the customer out We offered to send our service manager out to look at the dish washer to see if our technician broke the pieces that now needed to be replaced the customer refused We feel that we have gone over and above for this customer and consider this matter resolved

This is an unacceptable responseI no longer am in possession of the appliance because the proposed cost of the additional repairs plus the original repair came to significantly more than the cost of a new applianceI reject the business' claim that this matter is resolved; first of all, they never returned my phone calls to discuss this matterThey always had an excuse for why they couldn't resolve it -- first the techs involved were out of town or unavailable, then there was no manager aroundThe fact of the matter is that this business came to my residence to repair an appliance, two days later it was again broken, and all of a sudden I was told there were other parts they'd have to order to fully fix itIf I had known these parts would have to be ordered in the beginning, I NEVER would have asked them to repair the applianceLike I mentioned previously, when I called and reported this incident they accused me of knowing the fridge would need those parts from the beginningThis is completely falseI have a very hard time understanding how a tech could come out and "fix" the fridge and then days later it is again broken and the next tech says the original "fix" was not what the fridge ever needed in the first placeThey are just trying to scam me and I refuse to accept this "resolution." Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This business is not being honest No offer of any manager even calling, let alone visiting, was ever made Secondly, the provided invoice of another company proves that they didn't reassemble the dishwasher correctly Action appliance was trying to convince me the parts were broken and wanted more money It is also untrue that it was working when they left Why would they have scheduled someone else to come out if it was working? Any reasonable person would understand that mistakes are made when we deal with human beings We offered to make it right and are still prepared to go out and finish the maintenance The maintenance is for trips to the customers home so how could all be performed at once? Again a reasonable person would understand this

This is completely dishonest this customer knows that they have to pay for the repairs when they are done They did not they refused to pay and they act like they where done wrong This is not a complaint about service this is a complaint about not wanting to pay We have done good honest work for a fair price and we didn't get paid We give the estimate up front the customer decides to fix or not fix We did our part only to be asked to leave with out getting paid Then when the customer is asked to pay they complain to the Revdex.com We consider this complaint resolved

The tech did not stay long enough to see if there were leaks or notHe started the dishwasher and leftThe fact that their own tech (the 2nd one who came out) said that the fist tech tore the drain hose indicates their liability in this matter, which they now deny( [redacted] told [redacted] that the 2nd tech was not authorized to speak for themHow do you do business if your employees who represent you in the field do not actually represent you? How is a customer to trust anything a tech says, because the office can choose to disagree, not honor the statement, etc.?) If they break something else while fixing the original problem, how is that not their responsibility? This was not a a matter of a worn hose, but rather a torn hose that they caused! That they are trying to blame us for being negligent &/or creating the leak ourselves (which is what [redacted] said when [redacted] first called her), shows that the company has no integrityWhen the first tech was here, we were discussing the floor protector we own to protect our floors when pulling out an appliance (he commented that it is much nicer than they ones they use), and that a different company had scratched our floor when they didn't use itThis tech told me that if they ever get claims of damage, the tech who did it had to go back to the property and take photos themselvesClearly, that is not true, or at least not enforced Now I know why they were available on such short notice - it is because they do poor work and don't back it up, avoiding responsibility at all costsWe were referred to them by another repair company because they handle LG repairs, but had we checked the Revdex.com website before calling them, we certainly would not have used themWhen this all came up, we then looked at the Revdex.com to discover complaints against them! Hindsight is 20/When [redacted] mentioned the almost complaints, [redacted] was very quick to point out that it was "123, and they had all been resolved!" I guess I know now what kind of business knows exactly how many complaints it has at any given time one that has to constantly reply to complaints against itWe have already had the damaged hose replaced so that we can use our dishwasher again, and even if we hadn't, we would not allow this company back in our house for any repair, so that is not a satisfactory outcome for usWe maintain that they owe us for the damage to our floor Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2015/09/04) */ We have been in business for years and do well over 20,service calls in a year so in the year reporting that the Revdex.com does we do well over 60,service callsSo you can see that we have less then 1% complaint rateWe also have been around years now that is not a company that does bad workThe fact is that this customer had another problem after we left that does not mean we are the cause of anything that goes wrong for the rest of the appliances lifeMy technician that changed the motor is NASTEC certified and has been doing this for a number of yearsHe did not damage the hose and we consider this matter closed Complaint Response Date bumped because: Holiday

We were called out on the refrigerator because it didn't work not sure what reasonable person would say we caused the appliance to not workIt is our job to diagnose and recommend it is the customers job to buy or not buy We left that in the customers hands and they made the decision to go ahead with the repairs Then once they made the decision and part were ordered they decided to back out of the contract We don't have a problem with that they just have to pay the cancelation fee

This is clear cut case of a customer not wanting to pay for services rendered They knew that they owed the money and made no effort to pay for it They refused to pay the technician after the work was completed The only recourse that we have is to send them to collections They are dishonest and moved out of state knowing they owed this money never attempting to pay what was owed or even trying to get a discount they are dishonest and at this point no discount will be offered we will consider the matter closed when they pay what is owed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I'm repeating myself.They were called out because the refrigerator was not cooling but would power onWhen they left, the refrigerator would not even power on.When pressed, they said that it would no longer power on because they had fried the boardThey asked for us to pay for both the fried board (in excess of $600) and the condenserMy wife didn't understand what happened but grabbed me before they left the propertyI asked them to reverse the charge before they left (long story short that has already been documented)We did not agree to these charges.The tech said I would have to call in - that he couldn't do anythingI didThe person on the phone told me she would cancel the order but to call in the next day to confirmI didThey tried to charge me 25%They owner would never agree to speak with meThey still have the charge on my cardI can only conclude that this business is being run as a scam with the intent to exploit people Sincerely, [redacted]

We have been in business for over years and it is ridiculous to think that we are scamming people for a trip charge We have to wait until the 3rd party warranty company tells us to go ahead with repairs and provides payment nobody works for free This customer knew we were working with her warranty company to get this work done when they became belligerent and rude that is when they were told to go with another company to do the repair We feel that we went above and beyond working with her warranty company to provide service and feel that this matter is resolved
