Action Termite has the best warranty. I like the 10 year protection. Came out and treated my house have not had any more trouble.

We had termites, Action termite control came out, and did a treatment. So far we have not had any termites return for 2 years.

We have experienced good service from Action Termite Control, and Customer service is very friendly, I would recommend this service to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

I have used Action Termite Control since I purchased my home in 2009. They treated my home initially and I have never had an issue with termites. They perform a free annual inspection and are always on time and great to do business with. I have enjoyed my business relationship with Action Termite Control.

Moved here from Colorado in August of 2014, the house I bought was under contract with Action Termite Control and we had an issue on termites in the garage storage cabinets. Before we bought the house had to have this resolved. Action Termite was out the next day and inspected and treated it. Ive had no issues since and plan to renew contract in August. They will give free inspection on renewal.

Business has been very complete in their records and keeping me notified when annual inspections are due. they also send inspector at scheduled time.

This is the 2nd home where we've had Action Termite Control take care of our termite protection. Always professional when you call and they show on time. Thank you!

Action Termite took care of my termite infestation immediately. They were professional and curteous. The price was fair and reasonable. I have not had any issues for 5 years and I am getting ready to renew so I do not have any future problems.

I accidentally let my renewal expire and then found some termite activity. They were nice enough to simply charge me the renewal fee and took care of the problem and I have not seen any activity since.

I was introduced to Action Termite by a fellow Realtor in late 2003. She told me she had used them and was very satisfied with their work. Based on her recommendation, I thought I would give them a try. I began using their services for my listing and sale clients and was very pleased with their work. When my neighbors ask me for a recommendation of a termite company.....Action is the only name I give them!!

We noticed termite tunnels around the outside of our house and found Action Termite Control off of Angie's List. They had good reviews and reasonable prices.

Jeremy came out to inspect the house and was great to work with. He was very timely in his communication. He was able to schedule us at our convenience.

2 technicians came out to treat our home. Paul was the lead and he did an excellent job explaining the process. Our exterior patios and walkways are all pavers and flagstone and they did an excellent job of placing the holes in grout lines or between the pavers. The patch job was really good since they are barely noticeable. After they were done Paul gave us some tips on how to keep termites away such as not disturbing the ground around the foundation and not placing plants too close to the foundation.

Action Termite treated our home for termites. 2 years later they returned in one area. They quickly responded and took care of our problem. Our experience with them has been positive.

RUN away! do not give this company your money. I ignored a few bad reviews and decided to use these people to help me get rid of these termites, as they are destroying my home. I am a single mother and do not know about these sort of things. I paid this company good money for bad service. The warranty is a joke. I spoke to [redacted], he clearly has issues. He spoke to me in a rude tone he spoke over me and was very intimidating. They are nothing but thugs that take advantage of peoples that are in a bad situation. I hope you take my advise!

Review: I spoke to a sales man/inspector, who offered to treat my home of termites. I purchase the top of the line product and most expesive coverage warranty (5 Years) in Sept 2013. As of today I still have termites on both ends of my home. A service person from Action Termite came to my home and spent 5-10 minutes spraying the visible areas. I attempted to call [redacted] and state my dissatisfaction about the presence of termites and the less than acceptable effort to retreat or remove the termites from my home. [redacted] was rude and argumentative as I tried to explained my dissatisfaction with the product and service. He arrogantly stated that termites never go away and that is why I paid for a warranty. He did not make any effort to understand, he did not hear what I was saying to him. He went directly to a defending mode, closed off to anything I said to him.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for. I want my home to be termite free as they original stated. If this can not be guarantied I want a full refund of my money.

I apologize that Mr. [redacted] feels this way I spoke with Mr [redacted] on 2/12/2014 he was upset because the termites had returned and when we went out to do the retreatment under the warranty we treated the areas of re-infestation so what I got from Mr [redacted] was that he was upset #1 because the termites had returned and #2 he felt that we should have retreated the entire house so I tried to explain that the termites can return that is why we put the warranty on the home so there is no more cost to the customer termites are no different than any other insect we deal with in Arizona there is always a chance they can return we also state this in our contract as far as the retreatment in Arizona the label for the product is the law in this case the product was Termidor HE the label instructions for retreatments states (These reinfested / disrupted / vulnerable areas may be retreated using spot, partial treatments Action Termite Control has done everything per contract and label instructions so I am not sure what else we could have done I am attaching a copy of the contract and the part of the label that speaks about retreatments thank you

I have been using Action Termite for four years and have nothing but positive things to say. If there is a problem, they are on it...no questions asked. The contract prices are quite reasonable as well. Highly recommended !

I am acquainted with Action Termite ControI on both a personal and business level. I first became aware of them through their mailings to my Broker's real estate office in 2003. I asked my fellow agents if they had had any experience with Action. Only one had at that time but her remarks were so positive regarding service and pricing that I decided to "give them a try". I HAVE NEVER USED ANOTHER COMPANY SINCE. I use them exclusively for my personal property and strongly recommend them to all of my clients, friends and neighbors. Termites are their business and they are the best!!!!
