Action Termite Control

I am super pleased with Action Termite Control and will be happy to renew my contract again this year. They are helpful, efficient and eager to please. I have had great results.

We used Action Termite Control to treat termites when we purchased our home about a year and a half ago. About four months after moving in I thought I saw a spot that resembled termite infestation. I called Action Termite Control and they came out immediately. Fortunately, it was a false alarm, and their promptness in responding certainly alleviated any fears I had. I find them to be extremely professional, very responsive and very knowledgeable.

We have had Action as our provider since we purchased our home. They have been very professional and easy to work with. Their attention to detail and communication are a plus. You don't find too much of that these days.

Action Termite has been great, we bought a house that had termites and the previous owner had action termite come out before selling the house to us. Almost a year later, we recognized some termite activity. Action Termite came out and did work on the house free of charge. I have had a positive experience with them.

I was in the real estate business and associated with Action Termite from late 2008 through the end of 2012. I passed out many different pamphlets to the client's for many different area's that they needed to be aware of. Of course in that line of business, it was always the client's choice regarding who they wanted to handle the termite inspection of a home they were interested in business. Of the client's that chose to use Action Termite, I never heard anything negative.

Then my worst nightmare happened and we found termite trails on the exterior walls of our home. We were just a few months shy of being in our home 10 years. I was devastated and also concerned about the cost. Since we needed to give this our attention right away, I decided to try Action Termite since I had been giving client's their information. I contacted them so I could give future client's first hand information. We made the right choice!!! From their customer service personnel, inspector and the technician who actually performed the treatment of our home, they explained what they would be doing and explained each step thoroughly answering any questions we had. Since we had such a great experience, we entered into the yearly warranty that they offered. Still to this day we pay for the warranty which gives us peace of mind.

About 8 months after our full treatment we found a new track on an interior wall. I made the call and they were here quickly, took care of the problem and explained why this happened.

We have had no problems since then but I absolutely love that we are covered. It gives us peace of mind. We would highly recommend Action to anyone facing the need for this type of service.

On the morning of October 11th I had call the company and a lady by the name of [redacted] answered the phone. I asked for an appointment and to have an inspector to come over the house. She advised me that according to my address I was under warranty with another company. I thanked her for the information but told her I wished to have another inspection done and start working with another company as I no longer want to work with previous company. She repeated that I was under warranty and hang up the phone. I called back she stated there were 5 other lines ringing and she did not have time to talk to me since I could go back to the company I had warranty with.

Professional company. They scheduled the appt with my tenant and did quality review.

Action provided prompt service and the technician gave a good explanation of what he was doing and why. I think they're warranty fees are reasonable too.

After one year into our contract (6-year contract), we had an issue in our garage on the seam in the bump-up area. We called ACTION and they came right out and treated the area at no additional charge to us and we have had no further termite problem there.

Several years ago we saw evidence of termites and we contacted Action Termite Control. They came to inspect, treated the problem, and we have not seen any further activity. Every year we call for the free annual inspection and have been very satisfied with the service they provide.

My husband and I originally had Action Termite Control come out several years ago when we had a bad infestation of termites in our garage. They came out promptly and took care of the problem. I signed up for a ten year warranty, with a $49 fee a year for them to come out and inspect. I have since had two small infestations within my house, which they took care of very quickly and satisfactorily.

Good customer service and they can always get out to my house within the week. The service crew is very fast and courteous as well. Would recommend.
