Unit was shipped and delivered with [redacted] tracking number [redacted], it was delivered on 12/20. The Reusable Bodymed Carbon Electrodes were delivered by [redacted] with tracking number [redacted] was to deliver the package on 12/23 but was delayed for undetermined reasons. It was delivered on 12/24.We have offered to the customer to refund him for the Rush processing fee he paid due to the inconvenience but never received a response. If the customer wishes to return the product he may follow our standard return policy as the order was delivered within the standard ground shipping time promised on our website.He may return the items to:ActiveForever[redacted]The reprocessing fee will be waived but customer is responsible for shipping the items back.

I ordered a knee brace for right leg and paid extra for faster service when I received the product it was the wrong one they shipped the left leg and a smaller one because they no longer carry the one I ordered it took a week of calling to find that out and another to get a shipping label to return it. They kept telling me I would have it with in the day but never relieved it. I finally got it sent back a week latter I still did not get my refund I called they said it had been posted but still a week later it was not then I called today they said they would check with the return department. I still have not got this resolved. They just keep giving me the run around at one point they said they would donate to a save the animal or some form of charity. But they still have not solved any issue
