Needed my home refitted from polybutylene pipes and the tech only recommended replacing with PEX pipes (I have a small place). He said getting home owners insurance for PEX piping would be no problem and he personally had worked with insurance companies that were okay with PEX. On my own called 12 insurance companies in my county and only 2 insured homes with PEX piping. I was refitting and concerned that, when I sell my home, a buyer would not find insurance if I kept poly pipes. Turned out the pipes I was being strongly recommended (PEX) would have not solved my problem of having pipes that were near-impossible to insure. Even though I had also requested a copper quote, I never got it nor did I receive any written quotes in spite of twice providing my email. I had the work by done by a different licensed company and noted Admiral's verbal quote for PEX was about $2300 higher than the copper pipes I had installed by the other company.
We are ABSOLUTELY pleased with the service we received on June 24th. We just moved into our home a week before and the day before we encountered a problem when flushing our toilets - water was coming up in our showers and toilets onto our floor. We called several plumbing companies and were given time frames of when they would come - we saw the truck across the street and went to see if they could help us. Miguel C. was so kind to come over and take a look and took care of the problem. Very informative, kind, helpful and very professional. We appreciated all he did for us. We will be using this company again and will highly recommend them moving forward.
The service tech Ryan P. arrived promptly and got to work immediately. He explained what he thought the issue was and what was needed to correct the problem. Additionally, he told me the cost of the work and once I provided authorization, he began the work of fixing the gushing water leak in my bath.
I was very pleased with the professionalism and work performed by the tech.
I would recommend the tech and company to anyone with a plumbing immergency.

I had a leak of the water line leading to my house. I therefore had no water. I called Admiral at 3:30pm on a Friday and they had had a man here by 6pm. I have never done any business with them but I intend to in the future. Russel B arrived on time and was able to resolve the issue in a short period of time at a fair price. I had looked at all of the positive comments before making the call and I am glad I did. My experience was outstanding.
