As soon as I called to report a problem with my food waste disposer and hot water heater, they sent someone over within hours
Miguel, the service tech, was on time, and diagnosed the problems, and explained many options, and quoted prices, not only for the food waste disposer, and hot water heater, but also a new shower head and outside main shutoff valve
He had everything sent over or already had it in his van, and completed the jobs in a timely manner
We even shared our love for, and faith in, Christ Jesus, while he worked

I called Admiral Plumbing this morning because we discovered a damp carpet in a closet near a bathroomSince the house is built on a slab I suspected that the water line running to the bathroom must have developed a leak since the other areas around this -12" diameter area was dry, no ceiling leak and no wall dampness.Admiral Plumbing said they would send a technician to give me an estimate, Since this was in a big wall in newly carpeted closet.I was prepared for a big messy job
A technician named Joe S called me within the hour and came shortly after, He examined the area and correctly surmized that it could be coming from an Air Conditioning unit installed in an adjacent outside closetIt indeed was from a clogged condesate line which made the water flow into the closet floor..When I asked him for a bill for the service call he told me it was No Charge for an Angies List customer which is noted on their Angies List posting where I got their number *** S 12/9/

I called them on Saturday afternoon, the tech showed up on Sunday morning They did NOT charge me $just to show up to give an estimate as seems to be the trend these days - they did NOT charge me extra for a weekend let alone a Sunday service call - they did NOT charge me period because their services were not required - unheard of - it's great to know companies such as these still exist!! Thank you, Admiral Plumbing, for being an outstanding and honest company!
