From the 8 am call from Samantha on Monday morning when they opened, I knew that I was dealing with a professional company. I was again advised via telephone that the the service tech was on their way. Anthony arrived on time, and after speaking with him, I agreed upon, and selected both his on board replacement water heater, expansion tank along with his quoted installation charges. I was never pressured, and was given the option to secure the replacement parts on my own which I had previously considered. Anthony is a pleasant knowledgeable professional, and Admiral is most fortunate to have him as one of their service/repair technicians. His work was speedy and precise. As a result of my ADMIRAL experience, I give them 5 STARS across the board. Whom ever runs this company, knows what their doing.

Whenever I have a plumbing issue, I always request Miguel because he is easy to speak to and very courteous every time I call for a service call. He performed lots of miscellaneous jobs in a timely manner and always appreciate the work he does.

If you can label a water leak a positive experience, this would be it. Service person was very nice, fixed the leak quite quickly--especially considering the leak was outside and he had to dig a hole to get to it--and explained what had happened and how he fixed it. This is the first time we have used this company, and would not hesitate to call on them again.

We had a plumbing problem and called Admiral Plumbing Service.
First we had Joe come out and he was great and honest. I needed to replace a faucet and it was still under warranty. I called back after I received the new faucet and Joe was not available. Ariel came out to install the faucet. He found that it had not been installed properly and then proceeded to check out the rest of the faucets in the house. He knew about plumbing and what was took the time to explain what was going on with the faucets in our house. I am so glad that we found Admiral Plumbing. It was easy to make an appointment and thus far both service providers were honest and full of information. Will pass this company to others in the neighborhood.
I placed a call to Home Advisors for a plumber. They sent me the names of 2 plumbing services and Admiral called that same night stating that a plumber would arrive between 9 - 11AM the following morning, Just prior to 9M, Admiral called to say the plumber was on the way. Joe K. showed up within 10 minutes to change 2 toilets and install a utility sink. The 1st toilet was in quickly and neatly, so he went on to remove the 2nd toilet for installation, but when he opened the toilet it was in a zillion pieces. Joe installed the utility and promise to back as soon as I called. He finished the job this morning within 1/2 hour of arriving. He left my home on both occasions immaculately clean. He was pleasant and professional. Being new to Florida, it was a pleasant surprise to have such quick and efficient service at reasonable rates. Good work.
I have not received service that good in years. The scheduling was flexible and the technician (Miguel) showed up when we needed him. The guy was a home run. We had bought our hot water heater through another vendor but Miguel and the company were patient with us and helped walk us through the process of getting another unit through the warranty. The installation was smooth and the new unit worked perfectly but that was only 50% of our satisfaction because this transaction was a "10". He even took the giant cardboard box it came in instead of leaving it at our curb. I am a Realtor and have seen more than my share of plumbing work - this is the company I will recommend in the future.
called on sat. am and within 45 mins . Kevin arrived and unclogged a serious drain. He and the person my wife spoke to are very courteous and professional .And with 30 years in so. fl. a quality that has been harder to find.
Your company has been to my house three times and a better experience each time Tommy, Ed & Talley are very professional and make you want to do more business with your company.
