Review: I placed two separate orders online with this company on April 20, 2013 for replacement bulbs for my television. Their prices were very reasonable, so I ordered two bulbs to have on hand. Shortly after placing these orders, I was notified that the bulbs were on backorder. I continued to receive the same notifications periodically until I finally asked to cancel both orders and requested a refund on both. I was informed that the refunds would be issued within 5 to 7 business days. After 15 days, I contacted them once again to request the refunds that I had not yet received. With 3 days, I did receive a refund on the first order, but have yet to receive the second refund. I am now nearly two months in to this and am extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received. Review: On may 13th 2013 I placed an order for a replacement bulb for my [redacted] rear projection TV. When I placed my order I was told my item would arrive in about a week. I then received an email saying my item had been backorded and would ship out in two weeks. Fast forward three weeks and I have not seen or heard anything from advanced lamps. I call them up to ask about the status of my order and to ask to be compensated for the delay, to which they responded that it would be at least another week before my product would arrive, and that they were unwilling to refund my shipping costs or compensate me in any way. Around June 10th I finally received my bulb and it worked for about the first week. It then began to loose its overall brightness and start to flicker. I contacted the company to begin the replacement process and they informed me that I would have to pay to ship back the bulb and I would have to wait again while they processed my claim and sent out a new unit. I contacted them again saying this was unreasonable and that I shouldn't have to pay to ship the bulb when they hadn't provided a functioning one in the first place. And after waiting more than a week for their response and calling multiple times I finally received an email saying that they were unwilling to help me.

Review: I ordered a tv bulb from Advanced lamps for my sony tv on February 28, 2014. On March 18, 2014 money was withdrawn from my bank account. I had sent an email to inquire of the status of the order and received a reply that an update would be posted. Four days later no update and no further information despite me emailing several inquiries.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the full amount withdrawn from my bank account. In the meantime I will cancel the order.

Just to let you know Advance Lamps did send the lamp in the mail. It was the right one and in good shape. I still did not hear anything from them in way of explanation or anything on why it took almost 2.5 months to send the lamp. I definitely will not use them again. Review: I ordered a replacement lamp on 5/24/2014.I received an email on 5/27/2014 saying that my account had been charged and I would get another email in 24-48 hours with shipping and tracking information. I checked my bank account and sure enough they took the money on 5/27/2014.It is now June 10th and I never received any shipping/tracking information. I have called, emailed and sent online message via their website numerous times since the week of June 2nd as I am having company starting June 12th and really needed this item to accommodate my guests. Nobody will return any of my messages in any of the formats. At this point I can only assume, especially after reading all the complaints about this business, that my money has been stolen and I am a victim of theft.Desired Settlement: My lamp can either be sent ASAP or my money refunded.

I am writing to let you know that the day after I sent my complaint to the Revdex.com, the owner of the company (Advanced Lamps LLC) did send me an email and he was sure to make certain I was aware of the activity involved in getting my product in the mail as soon as possible. He followed up the next day as well to let me know that my product was shipped overnight. I did receive my product on Friday, June 13, 2014.

Review: On 6/13/14, I placed Order #[redacted] Lamp & Housing for a [redacted] Projector, which I don't know if it was a stock item or not, as I never had any human contact with the company.They took my manager's credit card ([redacted]) for $240.40 and said they would send me an email when the order shipped. I call at least every other day for the past 3 weeks or so, and sometimes an email, asking where my order is. NEVER have I gotten past the voicemail, and nobody has ever replied in any way. I finally used another company and got the bulbs in (cheaper, I might add) and still no reply from Advanced Lamps. I am being completely ignored. I left a message that I want a refund, but that hasn't worked. I left a message that I'm calling the Revdex.com and that hasn't worked. I want my (well, my company's!) money back!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and quite frankly, an explanation! I know I'm calling the right company. At first, their voicemail said they were in the middle of a move. Okay, I gave them an extra week. Then the voicemail sounded like they were "back to normal", and still no reply. Today when I called, it was back to a different "we are in the middle of a move" type voicemail. REALLY?? A phone call with explanation could have avoided this. Review: Ordered merchandise from them on line on April 22, 2014 . Credit Card was charged and merchandise not shipped as of 5-13-14. I called and talked with [redacted] at ###-###-#### and she said that the merchandise was out of stock and would I like for them to order from a fellow vendor? I agreed and she told me that they would ship within the next 24 hours and sorry for how long it took. I called back on 5-23-14...No merchandise still. I called again on 6-2-14 and left a message. Our Credit Card company has started calling them now too with no reply. I called again on 6-3-14 and left a message. I called again on 6-4-14 and [redacted] answered and told me she was sorry that the merchandise was still not available and would I like to cancel the order? I said yes and asked for her to reimburse our credit card too and to send an email saying that they had cancelled and reimbursed us our money. She said that she would. Credit card still not reimbursed and no email was sent as of 6-11-14. I called back on 6-11-14 and told [redacted] again the situation and she said she couldn't send an email to a [redacted] account, did I have another email? I asked her to fax us the information about cancelling and reimbursing and she said she didn't know how to use a fax but would get her supervisor to help. In just a few minutes she called me back and said that they had found the merchandise and it was in [redacted] and they could not reimburse us any money until the merchandise came to us and then we refuse to accept it and when they got it back...they would give us our money back. [redacted] or this company is very untrustworthy. Not a company for anyone to order their merchandise.Desired Settlement: They need to either send us a check for $230.60 or reimburse our credit card.

Review: My wife and I placed an order on July 20th, 2014 for a replacement lamp for our television. Our transaction was accepted on July 21st with no problems along with deducting the amount of $93.00 from our bank account. After 2 weeks and no lamp, my wife and I tried to call the contact number listed to no avail. We kept getting a recording to leave a message during business hours of 0900 - 1400 along with our order number, and someone would return our call. THIS NEVER HAPPENED!! We sent NUMEROUS emails inquiring as to where our order was and why it hadn't been shipped yet. Again, NO communication from the company. There was no information as to the item's status or if the item were placed on back-order, NOTHING!! Then, on August 20th, and email confirmation came to my wife stating the [redacted] had been notified that our package was ready to ship, along with Advanced Lamps, LLC informing us, on their website, that it was shipped. The order STILL hasn't arrived, and there is still no information from [redacted] regarding the item's shipping status. That was 21 DAYS AGO!! Still no lamp, still out the money, and am completely disheartened as to ordering anything online again. I believe my wife and I are victims of fraud and will file more complaints against this "company."Desired Settlement: We want the lamp or the money back...either way, we have no television nor the extra money to repair the "brick" taking up space in our living room.

Review: I bought a replacement lamp for my projector on 26 of june. They charged my card soon after I placed the order and nothing happened. Impossible to speak with them, you can leave a msg only on their site, no email. I managed to track down the owner and his phone numbers. I asked him to send me th item I needed for my work. Review: Upon contacting customer service, no one ever answers a call, the calls always goes to voicemail. Messages are never returned. We never received a replacement lamp for our projector after paying $184 via paypal. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and this has been going on for two months now.Desired Settlement: If the company cannot resend the replacement lamp, we want a refund. We will take our business elsewhere.

Review: We ordered a part for our TV from Advanced Lamps online website. When we got the part, it didn't fit, so we tried contacting Advanced Lamps. We've been calling for them for 5 business days, even leaving a message with our phone number and we've received no response. I emailed them leaving a phone number and again, no response. Evidently, they're in the business of ripping people off, because when I went to [redacted], a google search page came up with numerous companies that have complaints of this company ripping people off.Desired Settlement: I payed $37.44 for a part that doesn't work, and I KNOW for certain I ordered the right part. I would like my money back, and this company shut down, so no one else gets ripped off.
