Review: Ordered 1 x Genuine AL [redacted] Lamp & Housing for [redacted] Projectors (310-2328) = $99.00 on May 7, 2014. Credit card was charged immediately, but product has not arrived as of June 10, 2014. Attempts to call and email receive no reply.Desired Settlement: I would like the product delivered as promised in the sale. If the product is not available a refund is requested.

Review: I placed an order online and within 2 hours cancelled it as it was the wrong item. They shipped anyway, probably because their delivery fees are more than twice the actual cost so they would make money there and they charge a re-stocking fee so there is another way to make money. Just by shipping a cancelled order, they were guaranteed to make money. Secondly, when I placed the order, I asked for overnight delivery to have the lamps in time for a party. Paid $75 for overnight delivery. Again, at least twice the actual cost. And you know what, didn't even get here. Didn't get the lamps for three days. Now, can't even get them to answer the phone or emails about a return. I have requested a RMA but haven't received it. My guess is they are going to see if they can hold me off for 30 days and stick me with the items. This is a company that's only goal is to overcharge people and provide zero customer service. If they can rip you off they will. They are horrendous and should be put out of business.Desired Settlement: I want (1) an RMA number so I can ship the items back; (2) a full refund without a re-stocking fee; and (3) a full refund of my shipping cost as the order had both been cancelled before it was sent out AND did not come via overnight mail when that is what was paid for.

Review: I had purchased a projector lamp from the merchant on June 28, 2013. I received the item on around July 31, 2013. I installed the lamp in the projector only to find that it's a defective item. The image is bright on one side and dimmed on the other side of the screen. I returned the item to the merchant which they received on August 19, 2013. I've asked the merchant for a refund which they agreed (see document attached). Since then, I've been getting the run around. Up to date NO REFUND has been issued.Desired Settlement: Credit the credit card in which I used to purchase.

Review: Purchased a replacement lamp which did not work. Lamp was returned months ago. Company claims this lamp is not what they sent which is a lie. They also claim they could not get in contact with me when they have no trouble sending invoices to me. Spoke with television repair professional about this lamp and he explained that many companies are trying to push substandard equipment like we received as OEM parts. He states that many times the televisions won't recognize the cheaper lamps and that is why they don't work. The problem derives from substandard electrode manufacture.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the total amount of the returned lamp $44.95.

Review: I ordered a lamp on 7/31/13 over the internet from Advanced Lamps and paid by credit card. Their confirmation e-mail states they will contact me when item is shipped. On 8/1/13 my credit card was charged the full price of the item. On 8/6/13 I still hadn't been contacted of shipment. I called them but always get recording to call back or leave message. I've left messages, both on telephone and e-mail with no response. As of 8/9/13 I still haven't received the item which is paid for. I'm leaving messages to cancel my order and refund me my monies. As of now I've still gotten no response from Advanced Lamps.

Review: I purchased a projector lamp from advancedlamps.com for a projector we use for company training sessions. After a couple weeks had passed with no lamp nor update on the order, I began attempting to contact someone at Advanced Lamps regarding my order. No matter what time of day, a live person never once answered the phone, I was always transferred to an answering machine. I left messages sent emails via the websites "contact us" option, with no return. Finally, someone did call when I was away from my desk, leaving a phone number with extension and email to return. I sent an email to the address provided and tried to call the extension given. No answer. I called again several times, leaving several messages and again when I was away from my desk I received a return call, even though I left a cell phone number in the event I was not at my desk, they did not call my cell phone. Again, I returned the call and emailed. After threatening to make a complaint Revdex.com, I finally received an email response indicating that my order had been placed on a back-order status. At this point it had been over 5 weeks with no update. I then indicated I would like to cancel my order via email as well as calling. I put a "read receipt" on the email, which was read almost immediately assuming they are reading just not responding. The call service is not in the United States as the read receipt stated that it came from [redacted]. I have now received an email confirming my cancelled order but am uncertain regarding the actual refund. I will be monitoring closely and involving the credit card company if need be to ensure the money is returned. They charge your account the day of the order however don't seem to ever intend to fulfill the order. After reading reviews I realize this has happened an alarming amount of times to other customers. Horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: Refund and business reprimanded for misleading customers.

On the 9th of April, customer placed an order for 1 x Genuine AL™ SP-LAMP-LP5F Lamp & Housing for [redacted] Projectors for 89.99. The customer purchased the Best Way shipping method for 5.00. Any orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. This order was received on the 10th and the customer was notified via email. At this time, the item ordered is on backorder. The Purchasing Department unfortunately has not received an update from our manufacturer providing an estimate time of arrival of this item. Our Purchasing Department has also attempted to locate this item with trustworthy fellow vendors to dropship items directly to our customers. This attempt was unsuccessful. During this time unfortunately there appears to be a lack of information provided to this customer.

Review: I ordered two projector bulbs on 6.11.14. The bulbs were billed to my credit card. When my order had not arrived by June 24 I emailed and called Advanced Lamps but they did not respond. I called again on June 27 and on 7.2. I left messages each time and was not contacted. I am disputing the charges through my credit card.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund the money they charged me for a product they never delivered.

Review: Mar 11 at 11:03 AM I have sent five emails and have left vm requesting that my CC be credited back for a lamp that I order that didnt work with my tv the lamp was smoking and sparking The tv kept turning itself off. Review: I ordered a lamp from this company on 2/16/2014, it was out of stock after waiting a week for the order to up date. I spoke with a customer rep named [redacted] on 2/25/2014 who confirmed the lamp was back ordered and she agreed to cancel the order.I recieved an email confirming said cancellation, stating that a refund would be given in 5 to 7 business days.ell it is now day ten and I can't get in touch with this company at all. Review: I orderd aLamp for my tv on1/4/14 and they the money that day. then a week later they it was on back order, then a week later they said it was in customs 1/20/14 and then Icalled them and cancelled the order #[redacted]. Review: Having searched the web for a lamp replacement for our [redacted] TV, their site came up at the top of the list. I placed the order on a Sunday and they acknowledged the order being placed. One of the reasons I selected their company is because of price and availability, their web site showed the part in stock. They sent an email back to me the following day saying the order will be shipped upon their receipt from the manufacturer, "as due to the sudden sharp increase in demand for that part they no longer have any in stock." However, I didn't access my emails until the following Wednesday of that (last) week. Once I read their email I immediately sent them an email politely requesting a ship to me date-NO RESPONSE! Thursday, I sent another email requesting a shipping update-NO RESPONSE! On Friday I called their business office and got a recording to leave a message and they would call me back-NO RESPONSE! On Sunday I sent them another email to say if they do not contact me by Monday at noon-they can then cancel the order! Unfortunately, I did not check out this company prior to ordering as I've seen many complaints lodged against them for the same problems. I think the Revdex.com should hit these people hard with whatever penalties they can as they obviously don't seem to care what customers or more importantly what the Revdex.com stands for.Desired Settlement: Again, companies like this need to be made an example of. False advertising to me and others is costing us our time, money, and health!

Review: Placed an order back in May. There was an issue with the product and I sent it back. Have called and left messages and am getting no response back as to what is going on with my order. Whether I should expect a replacement or a refund.

Review: Bought their replacement bulb for my [redacted] TV

When I got it I plugged it in and it was darker then then the old bulb

So went to pull it out again and the ring that is used to do that popped off in my hand

Called them within 1 Day waited on the phone for over 2 hours

When the guy answered he got the information and assured me that he would e-mail me confirmation that he had talked with me and would send a return form in the mail and of NONE Of that ever happened Desired Settlement: $49.00 for the bulb and the shipping

What happens when we receive lamps? The lamp is first inspected for shipping damage as well as authenticity. Once this process has completed the lamp is tested for use and defect. Although it sounds lengthy, it is not. We have dedicated staff that makes sure things get done quickly and diligently.

Once this process is complete we will release the credit.

Please note: Company policy states a 25% percent restocking fee will be charged for all returned lamps - this is not for defective lamps, we cannot restock defective lamps! This rate is determined by a number of factors, the main one being - once it is sold, it cannot be resold, it must be returned to the manufacturer and this is a costly process. There are variables that can reduce this fee. These include - a lamp returned still factory sealed, a lamp purchased in error that is being exchanged for the correct lamp, and the overall condition of the returned lamp and packing.

Review: On February 22, 2014 I ordered a replacement lamp (order # [redacted]) for my TV from Advanced Lamps, LLC on their web site. After 3 days of no response from the company and no update in the order status, I began trying to contact the company. On February 27, 2014 I was able to talk with a costumer service representative. She was very nice and explained the the lamp was on back order and that she was not sure when it would be in. So asked that the order be cancelled and she took care of that for me. She also sent an email to update the order status, which indicated that the order was cancelled. The email also stated that it may take 5 to 7 business days for my credit card to be refunded. I have checked with my credit card company today and the $37.88 has yet to be refunded. I have called the company several times over the past 2 weeks, left a message, and emailed them twice. I have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have the $37.88 refunded to my credit card.

Review: I purchased a lamp module from this company online 10-14-2013 when I received the order installed it right away ( I am a tech) and the projector shut right down. Not thinking anything I turned it on again this it started. From then on I always had to start it twice to get it to run. Finally, on 01-08-2014 the bulb failed, after only 153 hours of use! Then I tried contacting customer service, to NO AVAIL, EVER. I have tried to contact them numerous times and ways, never have they responded. There is a 6 month warranty for this item expiring on 04-14-2014. I have since ordered another module from [redacted] and have had no problems at all! PS I can't believe these people are still in business!!!! Thank you for your help in this matter!!Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back! They can have the lamp module back if they want it I'll be glad to send it to them (Paid postage of course, by them)

Review: I ordered a replacement lamp for a [redacted] tv in June, 2013 to have on hand if the current one quit working. A couple weeks ago I tried installing the lamp they sent me and it does not fit. I contacted Advanced Lamps and they said they would exchange it, but it cost me $9 to ship it back. I then get an email from them saying the lamp I sent back wasn't one of their products and they would not exchange it. I returned the item I received in the same box with the same packing materials to the address on the box. [redacted] in customer service said they did not send me the item I sent back. I asked how that is possible when I returned the item I received. He had no explanation. They obviously have a scam going on in their shipping department. Someone is switching the item that is suppose to be sent with a garbage product. Then when the customer tries to exchange it for the correct item, all of sudden "it's not our product." They keep your money and I have nothing. They so "generously" offer to send back the piece of garbage if you give them more money for shipping. I was told that their company would never send out the item I received, so if they didn't send it to me, where did it come from? I was told that they don't know where it came from, but they won't replace it. They definitely have this scam down to a science and the public needs to be made aware of how they conduct their business.Desired Settlement: I want my $37.44 back (which doesn't even include the $9 I had to pay to ship it back), so I can use it towards a new lamp with a legitimate business.
