Allgood installs thousands of windows every year and frankly this is one of two air infiltration problems that we have had reported in The reason that the service tech initially repaired one window is that the customer complaint was the bathroom window leaking air which grew to all the windowsFrom time to time you will have issues with products that are made by man and therefore thats why service deptexist to take care of the issues that come upWe are sorry that it was your product but hopefully this will resolve your air infiltration problemAs far as a refund the only thing that I will consider is looking at your utility bills months prior to and months after the installation to determine any extra fuel usage you can send the bill to the officeThank you for your business

I have spoke to both Mrand Mrs*** regarding this job, and it sounds like there were some issues that were dropped by our installation departmentOnce I talked to them, I went out personally and met with Mr*** at the residence and we walked the jobThe issues he had were noted by me,
and I also addressed a couple others they weren't aware ofI made a material list, and have ordered the siding, and since it is a special order color, it will take a couple of weeks to come in, and once in, we will be sending out another crew to come out to fix the issuesWe aren't a perfect company, but if we make a mistake, we will make it right, and we will in this case as wellIf there is anything else needed from me, please let me know Sincerely, Dave Grant

It appears that several attempts have been made to find out why there has been no reduction in the noise and the fuel savings.So I will replace the sashes of the windows with a triple pane unit, its very similar to the replacement glass that is used on the homes around the airport to reduce the
noiseThey are being custom made and upon recieipt we will call you and set up a time that is good to replace them for you Thank you for your patience and your business I really hope this makes your home more comfortable Sincerely Ed Grant President

ALLGOOD'S AGENT NEVER WENT UP ON MY ROOF! HE LOOKED AT CEILING IN BATHROOM WHICH IS ABOUT EIGHT FEET APART FROM CHIMMNEY, THEIR THE ONES THAT PUT THE FLASHING AROUND CHIMMNEY! ARTICLE -ON WARRANTY STATESCOMPANY WILL PROVIDE SERVICE, WITHOUT CHARGE

If there was any damage it was taken care of in a professional manner to my knowledge, and the missing ladder was replaced in a professional manner

I know this is frustrating after the manufacturer repaired it and then failed they wanted to repair it again however we have a new pan on order.When it comes in we will replace it.Thank you for your business

representative out to check insulation We have forwarded the information to the manufacturer and they had a representative there on 3/18/and they are scheduled to have a factory specialist there one day next weekWe have kept in contact with our customer and are trying to have this problem taken care of to their satisfaction.

We appreciate **s quick response on Wednesday morningWe we respectfully disagree with his responseAll goods did not communicate with usWe had to call them and they always had an excuse** said he would refund us our plus 10% first thing Wednesday morningWe have not received it yet (our mail has arrived for today) They were quick to pick up the material from our home however not to rerun our money which they have had for almost weeksUntil we receive our refund we will not consider this closedThank you

There is no charge foe labor on this service unless its determined that is does not fall under the warrantyHowever there is a trip charge

*** *** ? ? ? ? *** *** came out 3/31/and put felt seals in all the windows, the air leaked in from the middle up to the top of the window, where he put the seals in was not on the side of the window, the wind is blowing ? pretty good today, I still feel air leaking in, not as bad as it was before, I will deal with *** *** on the matter, as far as fuel bills and electric bills, ? between last year and ? this year, I have did alot of insulation work on the outside walls, so would be hard to determine, ? what leaking windows would have cost me, but when you can stand foot from a windows and feel cold ? air and watch your curtains move from air leaking in, there is heat loss, I had planned on having doors and a new roof, and siding put on the house over the next few years, but iam a bit afraid to have allgood back out at this point, I feel I have wasted alot of money
