Allgood installs thousands of windows every year and frankly this is one of two air infiltration problems that we have had reported in 2015. The reason that the service tech initially repaired one window is that the customer complaint was  the bathroom window leaking air which grew to all the windows. From time to time you will have issues with products that are made by man and therefore thats why service dept. exist to take care of the issues that come up. We are sorry that it was your product but hopefully this will resolve your air infiltration problem. As far as a refund the only thing that I will consider is looking at your utility bills 12 months prior to and 12 months after the installation to determine any extra fuel usage you can send the bill to the office.
