Customer said the reg'l manager told him they will honor the warranty and will take care of it on 1/12/Business will charge $service fee to replace the window since there is now a different supplier involved
The company ? stated it was done in a professional and timely matterI believe damage to ? propertyAnd stolen property is not very professional? The client satisfaction paper was only signed by my husband? Where ? as everything ? else needed both our signatures? The referral program they push is no longer available ? to ? me because ? I would not refer this company to anyone now.? Mr *** spoke with both myself and my husbandHe stated to my husband that he would call ? him back with an answer to his compensation requestAnd he never did.?

We appreciate **s quick response on Wednesday morningWe we respectfully disagree with his responseAll goods did not communicate with usWe had to call them and they always had an excuse** said he would refund us our plus 10% first thing Wednesday morningWe have not received it yet (our mail has arrived for today)? They were quick to pick up the material from our home however not to rerun our money which they have had for almost weeksUntil we receive our refund we will not consider this closedThank you.?
We install work as we get it not based on the size of the jobWe have made every attempt to complete the job within the time quoted,and have been pro activive in any and all changesHowever relationships are built on trust and it appears thats not the case here so we have agreed to refund the
customer there deposit to find someone more suitable to complete the project
There is no charge foe labor on this service unless its determined that is does not fall under the warrantyHowever there is a trip charge

[redacted] [redacted] came out 3/31/2016 and put felt seals in all the windows, the air leaked in from the middle up to the top of the window, where he put the seals in was not on the side of the window, the wind is blowing pretty good today, I still feel air leaking in, not as bad as it was before, I will deal with [redacted] on the matter, as far as fuel bills and electric bills, between last year and this year, I have did alot of insulation work on the outside walls, so would be hard to determine, what 8 leaking windows would have cost me, but when you can stand 1 foot from a windows and feel cold air and watch your curtains move from air leaking in, there is heat loss, I had planned on having doors and a new roof, and siding put on the house over the next few years, but iam a bit afraid to have allgood back out at this point, I feel I have wasted alot of money.

[redacted]I just wanted to let you know that I sent my production manager out on Saturday, 2/07/15.He brought a service request in that has the completion signed by [redacted]. I have spoke to both Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] regarding this job, and it sounds like there were some issues that were dropped by our installation department. Once I talked to them, I went out personally and met with Mr. [redacted] at the residence and we walked the job. The issues he had were noted by me,...
and I also addressed a couple others they weren't aware of. I made a material list, and have ordered the siding, and since it is a special order color, it will take a couple of weeks to come in, and once in, we will be sending out another crew to come out to fix the issues. We aren't a perfect company, but if we make a mistake, we will make it right, and we will in this case as well. If there is anything else needed from me, please let me know. Sincerely, Dave Grant

If there was any damage it was taken care of in a professional manner to my knowledge, and the missing ladder was replaced in a professional manner.
I called and spoke to [redacted]. I apologized to her for the delay in installation due to the cold weather, and after discussing that with the very cold temperatures that we had, it is very had to cut siding properly in those temperatures to ensure a proper siding job, she understands.

regards to the activation fee of $**. I explained to her that is determined by the bank and not AllGood. It was clearly noted on the bank document that she signed, but AllGood will be sending her a check for $** to make her happy.
Also in regards to the no interest, after reviewing with her that our banks don't offer a "no interest" term loan, and that she signed up and initialed for the banks plan [redacted] which has a term and rate for ** months. She said she did remember reviewing that with Ben, our representative while he was there, and with the delay she may have forgotten.
To close, after our conversation, I asked [redacted] if she is happy now with us sending her a check for $** and she said she was, and that she would be contacting you to confirm that.

This company told me months and months ago that a pan was ordered and in. Now the response is "they have a pan ordered". Not acceptable. Water is leading into our basement due to this issue being unresolved.
