We will refund the original service fee of to this customer that is all she paid for us to come out

The customer was mailed out copies of all warranty paperwork after the installation was complete

we provided cooling the same day to this customerwe could not get the parts right away but we did provide window units to him to keep certain rooms cold

We still have not received the filterWhen I talked with the company rep on Friday (2/3), he said he would get back to me either that day or Monday with price information for the filter in questionI told him I might want to order more than one, depending on the priceHe did not call back on FridayHe also failed to call MondayNot sure if the company said it would get filter to us on the 8th or earlier date, but today is Feband we do not have the filterMeanwhile, dust continues to accumulate

Her furnace did not qualify for this recall!

This customer has not maintained there equipment for over yearsThe manufacture clearly states that the HVAC equipment must me maintained in order for the warranty to stay validIf this customer has us do that we will put her equipment in good standing until she does so she has no warranty

I have been told by two different companies that this was a problem because of the way the drain line was installed (by Dial One Hour)My warranty does show parts and labor are covered for years. I would think that the "labor"part would include the drain line installed by the company when the unit was put in placeI am taking no further action but want others to be aware of how you might be treated if you deal with this company. BEWARE!!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The Company promotes the $No Frustration Guarantee and Exclusive Two-Year Satisfaction Guarantee during the sale; most likely in hopes that there won't be any claims. Then if there is a claim, they twist their wording so they won't have to give the customers satisfaction. Whether this is advertising or unethical business practices, I am not sure. I will say, the salesman (after I contacted him months after the sale) is the only one from the Company that contacted me and helped me out with this issue after being told multiple times that someone would contact me.I am not an English teacher nor a lawyer (but maybe it will end up in court), but:# 1: My system broke down during the first two (2) years and leaves me without cooling - it did on 6/25/and 7/4/16# 2: they guarantee to repair your system within hours of the time you call us or we will give you $for your inconvenience - first time system went down wasn't repaired for almost hours; second time it was around hours (so guess it doesn't qualify).The system wasn't fixed within hours because the technician that came to the house the next day couldn't fix it. Then the next morning the technician that was dispatched to try and fixed it asked me why he was coming out on a service call. So not only does the Company not communicate with their disgruntled customers; they don't communicate internally.Bottom line: I did not word the guarantee, but I certainly feel I met the conditions set forth in it! As a consumer I am outraged that a Company will make excuses and not stand by their product and services they sell

This unit has had two different issueswe have addressed both of them and thee customer was charged zero dollars because it's under warranty

I called this customer today 12/29/I contacted our vendor on there concerns and there is no active service bulletin regarding there furnaceI left a message for them to call me back to give them the information I received

The customer has not done his annual check of his systemHe has only completed the system check once a year and the manufacture requires the system to be cleaned two times a yearI will refund him half of the repair cost

Dial One is the vendor and ultimately responsible for any work completed my employees or sub-contractors whom Dial One retains to satisfactorily perform installations, maintenance and in this case repair from damage caused by faulty installation of an oversized HVACDial One is incorrect and attempting to deflect blame and responsibility to the sub-contractor in their statement indicating the client had the entire floor replacedOnly the area damaged was replacedThe area that Dial One accepted responsibility for and sent a sub-contractor of Dial Ones choosing to my homeDial One has proven themselves to be far less of a customer support company than they would lead the public to believe

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If this is the superviser that talked to me, it is the same one that was rude and hung up on me The customer service represenative that I spoke to me on the phone said I could use the couponso they lied to me I called serveral times and spoke to supervisors and they said they would have to review the recorded phone call and I never recieved the promised return call when I did return the call I was yelled at and hung up on If they feel this is the proper way to treat customers lying and being rude they will be out of business soon enoughI would have have used them to repair my unit but they would not honor the coupon, my factory warrenty on the parts and wanted me to buy a year long service plan Integrity is an important thing for most people but it means nothing to one hour I am still wondering why noone called me back about the appointment phone call recording I know why, because they were in the wrong!!!

I do apologize that I have not responded more promptlyI was waiting for copies of the work they didI finally received copies of two of the visits to my propertyAs you can see, there is no notation on either document that there was a faulty coil or that any part of my air unit needed to be replacedI have yet to receive any paperwork from the senior technician coming out, yet I have requested that from the company. I disagree with his take on our telephone callIn fact, I took the call at work and have several co-workers around me that can verify how the call transpired.I am unhappy with their resolution for the following reasons:1- The unit was in working order prior to the company coming outI asked for a cleaning/tune upWithin four hours of them leaving, I had water pouring from my second story through the ceiling onto my first floor. 2- When I turned off the air, the water stopped dripping. 3- The technician came back and the condensate pipe was not plugged.4- The plenum under the air conditioner had standing water.5- The water also ran down into the plenum. 6- I asked for copies of all reports upon speaking with the general manager and to date have only received two of the reports that I signedI'm not sure there is a third copy from the senior technician returning the next dayI signed nothing and the only thing he did when he came was take pictures of the damageI have my own pictures, should you need those.7- I feel like the company is avoiding responsibility for repairing the damage to my unitIt very well have been a mistake on the first technicians behalf, however, the damage should be covered by the company.8- I do want my $returned to me for the service callI also want the company to pay for damages to repair my first floor ceiling.Should you need anything further, please let me know.
