and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1) One hour misrepresented that my system was nearly out of refrigerant and that approximately pounds were required at a cost of well over $($for first pound and some amount in excess of $for each additional pound).2) The other contractors represented that the system needed to pounds at $to $per pound Peters put in pounds at $per pound for a total of $along with some leak sealant (I would attach their invoice but my scanner is not working; I will scan it and submit it if requested.)One hour has never claimed that its technician made a mistake in calculating the amount of refrigerant needed On the contrary, it has asserted that its technicians are of unquestionable competence Moreover, the measuring of pressure within an AC system would appear to be a routine matter where a mistake such as this (more than 3x in excess) would be inconceivable Had I authorized One Hour to go ahead, I would have had no way of knowing whether pounds or pounds were added Thus, the only reasonable conclusion is that One Hour would have put pounds of refrigerant in my system and charged me for pounds (at an exorbitant rate). The evidence shows convincingly that One Hour's misrepresentation was not innocent, but culpable with the intention to either obtain more money or to persuade me to buy a new unit based on the cost differential between adding the refrigerant and a new unit considering the age of my system and that there is a leak in my system.Accordingly, it is not an overstatement to conclude that One Hour's conduct constitutes an attempted criminal fraud As I have suffered this severe breach of trust, at a minimum I should be refunded the cost of the service call as well as the cost of the maintenance contract Additionally, One Hour should be censured by the Revdex.com for this conduct.Regards,

major components had to be completely replaced, and even the company's technicians stated off the record that they should not have failed in that short of time One believed the unit must have been around years old for it to fail that completely and was surprised to learn that it was just slightly a year old As to being out zero dollars, I hope he is not the accountant Only the parts were covered and I was socked with a huge labor bill for a unit that it is clearly defective In fact within a week another aspect of the unit is not working correctly, but I am hesitant to contact them again as I will just get the same line that the unit is not defective; plus be hit with another huge labor cost It is clear the "company" does not care about its customers I do not know how many more breakdowns it will take for them to see the unit has problems (ie defective), but if they are going to maintain that stance then they should in good faith provide free labor to keep fixing it as it breaks down piece by piece I guess I will have to pursue alternative sources to get the matter resolved

I spoke to this customer myself and I can't have my technicians take the word of a customer to tell them what's wrongMy team is trained to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipmentWe as a business need to make sure we are finding the isssue and telling the customer exactly what's
wrong and how much money it will cost to fit itwe charge to dianose the problem and the coupon this customer had could be used to discount the repair not take any money off the chargeThis customer opted not to do the work with us and we collected our diagnostic fee and that's what we charge our customers to show up to find out what's wrongwe will not be refunding any money to this customer we did nothing wrong

We have done everything on our end

The version of his story definitely differs from mine! I have no reason not to believe our dispatcher who he used foul language towards simply because she was calling customers letting them know due to the weather I was not allowing our vehicles to get on the roadYes I called the
customer and I did not yell at him at all! I don't expect anyone to do that to our customers especially myself who is in charge of this locationWhen he asked why we could not come I told him we had an 1/2" of ice on the road and it was snowing now

The customer only had a year labor agreement when he purchased the new equipmentHe is fully aware of that because I have his signature on our agreement stating he only gets one year laborThat job should have cost dollars and we discounted it to

we are not refunding any money! We provided window units for this customer until the part came in so we did not leave him without air

as I stated earlier we did nothing wrong and we will not be paying for any damage

The filters got delivered on February 15th at 2:PMFedex tracking number ***

As the homeowner, I did my research. I have attached the service bulletin they claim to know nothing about. I also called Bryant directly and they verified my furnace qualifies for the free labor.Furthermore, we had another Bryant dealer come to inspect our furnace and w/in seconds of looking at our secondary heat exchanger, he proceeded to order a new one w/o question and without charging us labor, as directed in ***.Dial One called my husband yesterday and offered a $discount on the labor (from the original $fee) and we rejected it because it's supposed to be FREE. This company has been dragging their feet AT OUR EXPENSE, HEALTH AND SAFETY for days. Not only did we have a serious carbon monoxide issue on Christmas Eve but we haven't been able to properly heat our home with highs hovering in the single digitsdays ago, they knew the secondary heat exchanger was bad and was dangerous to leave the furnace on but never gave it a second thought that we'd have to choose between no heat or dying of carbon monoxide poisoning. They just left without a proper follow up or an immediate repair....we just get stuck with talking to some customer service person. How does a HVAC company not have proper staffing during THE coldest week of the season? This company should read their own code of ethics because it's clearly lacking

We replaced the unit with a brand new one on February 2nd

I take complaints when we receive them very seriously and get them answered in a timely manner. I remember this customer we installed there system in 2015 and we replaced his parts under warranty and he paid zero dollars. There is nothing wrong with his equipment and there will be no need to replace it for any reason as it’s up and running and he has a warranty until 2025.
