The only resolution we will agree to is:  Refund of $228.00 payment and written confirmation that our 10 year parts and labor warranty is valid and will be honored by  Dial One Hour HVAC for the remaining duration of our contract signed by them on 7/17 2012. Thanks for your help.

My documents plainly state annual maintenance . req. for our heat pump system. Dial One for 4 plus years did not advise customer of their interpretation of what "annual" means.  We shall let the courts decide. " SCAM" Thanks

We had our subcontractor go out to the home to repair damage to the clients floor. The client decided he wanted the whole floor replaced so the issue is not with us it's between him and the company we use to make repairs when damage occurs. We only agreed to fix the part we damaged and the client...

wanted the whole floor replaced so that was not what we agreed to do. So we have done our part the issue is between the client now and the floor guy.

we installed this system in her home in September of 2013. The customer never called us back out to her home until May of 2017 so she waited for almost 3 years to call us out to look at her issue. I'm willing to give her 500.00 dollars for her trouble.

Today I received the first response from you and it states that the matter has been closed because I did not respond.  I could not respond because I received nothing to respond from.   I am not satisfied with their settlement.  I had them there within months of them installing the unit to complain that the new equipment was not reducing my bill as I had been told to expect.  I did not wait three years to complain.  When they came out that very first time to inspect the unit and make sure everything was running properly they should have caught it then.  I was not informed that their system was not functioning until the service tech told me so.  I am very seldom on that end of my house and when I am it is because I have a house full of company.     It was their failure to install correctly the first time or to find the issue when I complained the first time.  Not mine.

We need invoices from the other company showing what they did before we proceed with anything else.

 The labor was NOT covered by warranty.  Due to the extreme nature of the breakdowns, one can easily ascertain that the unit is most likely a lemon and will continue to have problems.  If Dial One does not wish to contact Bryant regarding this unit, at the very least they should be willing to cover all expenses, parts and LABOR!

We will not be refunding the customers money as we provided a service to determine what was wrong with rthe system and the 2 other companies came up with the same diagnosis as we did.

I'm CHECKING AGAIN TO SEE IF THE WARRANTY IS VALID. WHEN WE CHECKED IT WAS NOT.

We contacted the customer yesterday and told her we will refund the 568.00 and we gave her a free maintenance plan for 1 year. She agreed to the refund and the maintenance plan we offered and she is a happy customer again.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is obvious that One Hour Heating and Cooling as no regard for customer satisfaction!  Good Companies would handle this a lot different.  In fact, when my Dodge Ram needed an expensive repair out of warranty I sent them a letter and they paid the majority of the cost - when they didn't have to pay anything.  One Hour won't even honor their warranties!Not only that, they won't contact their customers that are having issues and want questions answered!  I was told about eight (8) times that the Company would contact me and no one did!Additionally, their response was that they had to get parts.  It's amazing that the technician that showed up the following morning didn't have any parts; he didn't even know why he was coming out to the house!I guess there will be no resolution through this type of media, so I will leave it at that.
