I've use Advanced Roofing Team on two occasions, several years ago when I had a complete tear off and replacement and recently to repair shingles damaged by the weather. Each time, Mark *** and his team did an excellent job. My initial experience in working with Advanced Roofing is what made me feel confident in working with them a second time. I would highly recommend.

I was very happy with the roof work done by Advanced back in 2015. Recently, I noticed a leak in my roof and contacted Advanced, Even though the roof was originally put in 5 years ago, Rick was very helpful. Within a couple days he sent out a service rep to check my roof, and the leak was taken care of.

The Advanced Roofing Team did a complete roof replacement for my home. From start to finish, it was a very easy process working with Tim. He personally made sure that everything ran smoothly and that the work was completed to my satisfaction. And it was! Great experience working with this company. This is my now my go-to roofing company.

We had a great experience with Advanced Roofing! When we noticed a leak in the ceiling, I called Advanced Roofing and Tim came out right away to check on the ceiling. He was able to provide us with the likely cause of the leak and provide an estimate. He then let us know when the team would be out to fix the issue. The contractors came out quickly and fixed the leak by replacing one shingle. They did not try to oversell or up charge us in any way! The team also checked the bathroom fan to make sure there was no other cause of the leak. They were very professional and I highly recommend them!

Our general contracting company is using Advanced Roofing on all of our projects. What we like the most is that the owner is pleasant to deal with, responding to our needs, and providing high quality service. Simply Amazing. He is one of the best in this business. You just have to sign the contract and rest everything he takes care off. Getting right materials, working/fighting with the insurance providers and you don't have to worry about anything. He does it all on himself. In the end you just admire his work.

Advanced Roofing Team Construction replaced our roof about 10 years ago and did a great job at a good price. A few days ago I called Peter because we had some damage to a couple of shingles. Peter sent a technician over the next morning and he quickly replaced the shingles which were damaged by squirrels.

Advanced Team has replaced roofs for several neighbors and family members and all have been very satisfied. You can count on Advanced Team to be there with great service for their clients long after the sale is completed.

We had to have a flue pipe removed from our roof, March 2020, because of a new water heater installation that required a ventilation in a different place. Reed did an excellent job on removal, patching, and shingling. He took photos so we could see the before and after. Looks brand new! We couldn’t be happier with the prompt service, great attitude, and excellent communication, and final product.

In May 2019 we had a very bad hail storm. Advanced Roofing Team was working on neighbors houses so, I called them. They scheduled a inspection, was on time and professional. They were great to work with and really know their trades. They took care of all my shingled roofs on property. In 2019 we had hail damage from a storm that moved through Memorial Day weekend. I contacted our insurance agent and they recommend Tim at Advanced Roofing Team since he had done the broker's house. Tim was very responsive from beginning to end and met any and all concerns regarding the roof, gutters and interior.

Working with Peter has always been a pleasure. Since 2018, Peter has been my go to guy for all home related advice. House construction industry is one where it is hard to find trustworthy people who value long term relationship. He has been there when my roof needed replacement first time 2 years back and since then he has been my go to guy to answer my questions anytime. Even when we had hail damage last year, he was there to help. His no rush attitude and genuine advice has always been very valuable. I highly recommend Peter and his company.

In a spring of 2019 my house was hit by big hail storm.
The damage to the roof and siding amongst the others

Im really late with the review but better late than never.Last year when we had that hail storm in bolingbrook and surrounding areas.A few days later Pat (Patrick ***) from Advanced Roofing came to my house he explained a few things and than he told me something that first surprised me but its also why I agreed to have them work on my house he said "what if you can get a new roof and it won't cost you anything all you have to do is call your insurance and make a claim let me know when the adjuster will be coming out and ill do the rest".So I did just that a week or so later they both came looked at the damage and left.A few days later a truck pulled up and unloaded all the materials for the roof.A week or so later Pat's guys came and started working on the roof they completed 99% of the job that day and two guys came the next morning to finish up the rest.A few days later few more guys came and installed new gutters and downspouts.I also had some siding damaged but Pat told me if they can't find matching siding anywhere insurance will pay to have all of the siding replaced and it would take a few weeks for them to try to find the matching one.About a month later few guys came with matching siding and replaced all of the damaged siding and since than we've had heavy rain and now its winter so there is snow and there is no problems no leaks no nothing.Since the work was done really fast and done right the first time ill be calling Pat or his partner Jim for all of my future house work wether I'm paying out of pocket or going through insurance again.Thank you guys.

I had a leak in my Roof & They Put Tarp on it before the roof can be put on. They Finished with my New Roof in 1 Day. I get many Nice Compliments on how nice it looks. Thank You Advanced Roofing Company for a Job well done on My Home.

On May 27, 2019 there was a hail storm which two of my houses received severe damage.I have had *** Insurance for over 15 years and was having difficulty with them for the two claims I filed. Advanced Roofing stated that they were claim experts and worked with *** Insurance on many claims. Advanced Roofing coerced me to sign a contract with a PA, XPR Adjusters, LLC, in Indiana. Advanced Roofing did complete a roof on one of the houses which seems to be good work. But, when I got home from work my garage door had damage on two panels and the rail inside is bent. I tried to call Peter many times, but only got the answering service. So, I texted him with an estimate on my garage door. No response. For the past 5 months I have been asking Advanced Roofing for an itemized invoice on the roof they did, so that I can submit it to *** as proof of work done; so that they can release the depreciated funds and pay Advance Roofing for the roof. No invoice as yet. No more work has been done on either house to-date, and all the houses in my sub-division have been completed with other contractors.Advanced Roofing will not respond to any phone calls, and now *** will not talk to me because I have signed with the PA that Advanced Roofing coerced me to go with. The PA takes 25% of the funds and cannot cash any of the checks *** has given me without the PA and my endorsement on them. I really believe this is either a scam or really bad business ethics from the owner Peter of Advanced Roofing.

Peter and his crew were very good and very responsive. They came to start the job right on schedule and kept working until they were finished. The crew worked with my employees and my tenants employees to try to minimize the inconvenience while they tackled our commercial roofing project. I would recommend them and feel they offer great value.

this is the worst company I have ever seen,hired this company to make repairs on my home caused by hail and wind, their salesmen said dont pay us until the work is done and you are satisfied, I hired them 5/22/19 the work is not done as of today 2/3/20. due to constant threats of legal action and putting a lien on my property I paid them.this company turned in false claims to my insurance company for work that was not done and for work that did not even need to be done. I have notified my insurance co. they are going to investigate. this company will not get away with this.

Advanced Roofing Team is a GREAT company to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof, especially for any storm damage. After a hail storm this year, my insurance inspector offered me $600 to replace 24 shingles when we could see that the damage was much worse and shingles had been damaged all over the roof. Pat and Jim arranged for a second insurance inspection and were able to convince my insurance company to pay for a whole new roof plus new gutters. I just can't express how thankful I am to Pat and Jim and the Advanced Roofing Team. Thank You!
