After a hail storm we contacted Advanced Roofing Team Construction. The entire team did an excellent job. Steve worked well with our insurance and arranging all of our construction needs. All of the construction was performed in a timely manner that fir our schedule. The teams worked hard, efficiently, and very neatly. Everything was done well and clean upon completion. We highly recommend them!
They came did the work in a timely and professional manner. We have had zero problems since. I would highly recommend!!
Everyone is afraid of hiring a roofing company. There are too many horror stories to count. Hiring Advanced Roofing was my best decision. They came recommended by an insurance adjuster and they made the entire process painless. They were fast, professional and clean. If you think you might need a new roof or roof work, call them. You will be happy you did.

We have contacted Advanced Roofing team because of a leaking roof. They have told us that replacing the roof at the cost of $25,000.00 will solve the issue. After the job was completed, we have had regular leaks at a rate far greater than before. They are now telling us that the cause for the leaks was something else in the first place.

We saw your review of our company and we would like to respond to your accusations. We were called to your business last year because you had numerous leaks throughout your existing roof system. Upon inspection it was deemed the existing roof was old and at the end of usable by industries standards.There was approximately 100SF of rotted wood in the front right corner of the roof were the wall addition braces where installed. Rick was with your General Contractor Vadim where they both agreed the roof was I need of replacement. We sent out a proposal of replacement which with some negotiation we agreed upon the terms of the full roof replacement. The total roof was removed to the structural deck and new insulation and TPO roof system were installed to manufacturers specifications. The was one problem during the roof install when a temporary tie in leaked from the rain. 2 ceiling panels were damaged. After the roof was completed, there was no issues with the roof until Feb 2 of this year when your snow plow company buried your downspouts and caused ice to build on the roof. With doing so the drains backed up and leaked into several offices and a hallway. You called us and we immediately came out and found the issue with the blocked drainage. In fact you thanked us in your email for coming out so quickly. There was a service charge for the 2 days that we came out because the leak was not caused by Advanced Team. Which excepted and paid.We replaced the 2 panels from the leak that was caused during construction and we also replaced the hallway and office panels at no charge as a courtesy to you. Yes we waited till spring to make sure the leaks would occur again and damage the new panels. In April we where called out again for occurring leaks , so we came back out inspect the roofing . Upon inspection the Termination bar pulled free from the walls in multiple places. We secured the termination bar with new fasteners and sealed it with commercial grade caulk. No service fee was required because it fell under our labor warranty. We received a call in June for leaks occurring in the so we came back out at that time there was no obvious reason why it was leaking so we did a water test and checked every seam on the roof. We ran water on the roof for 2.5 hours with no leaks occurring. We checked the inside ceiling and it was dry. With finding no areas on the roof we started spraying water on the areas we did not perform any work. We sprayed the bricks, the copings, the front wall addition and no water leak occurred. So we started spraying water on the for of the outside wall where there are small channels that where not sealed and was not part of the roofing project. We sprayed them for 20 mins and the water started to leaking inside, At that time we deemed the leak was coming from that area and is not cover under our labor warranty. Because we did not do any work in this area. As a good faith gesture we did not charge a service charge for this visit.On 10-10-19 you texted Rick and he responded immediately and sent it to our service dept. You sent pictures to show where the damage as occurred and informed Rick that the leak happened about 2 weeks prior to you contacting us. The 2 days after the call was raining. the next available to to come out was the holiday weekend. So you messaged Rick on Tuesday and he said hell be out Wednesday inspect the roof and if he finds its it not under our labor warranty there will be a service fee of $350. The same fee from the first leak and the last leak (which we waived). We have a GAF issued Manufacturer warranty that was inspected by GAF and the roof passed inspection.
You might be confusing us for a different company. Mark is just a sales representative like Rick. Rick doesn't just try to up-sell work that doesn't need to be done. We've turned down many jobs because the owner of the building wanted a repair and we refused to repair it because It was past the life of the roof. We will not keep taking money from a customer by repair a non repairable roof. We take pride in offering Top of the line products and top notch service to the best of our abilities. Any deficiencies on your roof that Advanced Team were responsible for were addressed and repair properly.
If you continue to slander us I will file a law suit for slander I will be placing a lien on your building and file suit for the service calls that you didnt pay for us why here...
The roof isn't leaking she had a wall leak We will not refund or show up to repair a wall leak I'm going to send her to collection for the unpaid service calls.I will also e sending a lien notice and taking legal action

I am rejecting this response because: if I have wall leaks, then you should not have told me to put a new roof. Location of the leaks has not changed since your first visit for estimate purposes. Furthemore, since you have not come out to the property recently after we did the recommended repairs you are not in a position to comment on cause. There are no outstanding bills with your company and if you forge one, you will go to jail. Service calls were not part of our agreement structure either. Your response now gives me enough written comments to begin your license investigation though Illinois State attorney general. I hope Revdex.com will take this complaint in consideration when evaluating rating for this company. I also encourage Revdex.com to look at the on line reviews for this company, for example google, where my type of a complaint is a common theme. Thank you

We liked the colors we had on our house, but a storm came by and put holes in the siding. We did not think siding and roofing the same colors would make much of a difference in the appearance of our house. We were completely wrong our house looks very nice - much more neater and cleaner. Roof matches siding better than the old roof. I get compliments from everyone who drives by our house. Thank you so much for your expertise and service. From beginning to finish everyone on your staff was professional. Project just flowed and was completed in a very timely manner. I was fortunate to have Tom, a rep from Advanced Roof Company for a neighbor. It happened during rainy month as well as busy time for roofers, fully booked. A leak around the ceiling in the attic area was spotted by an interior painter. After prompt inspection of the interior of the attic and exterior of the roof, Tom concluded that flasher needed to be replaced and chimney with possible either tuckpointed or rebuild, Masonry was called in; he and Tom worked so well as a team making the effort to speed up the repairs with new flasher and chimney rebuild before any further damage being made to the attic ceiling. Thank you!
Steve and the entire install team did an excellent job beginning to end. They saw everything through from the insurance discussions to the install with attention to detail, while making it as easy as possible for me and my family. I highly recommend.

Peter and the crew were very professional, courteous and fast. A great company to work with. My roof looks great!
Showed up bright and early and started work immediately. They covered my lawn with tarps to catch the pieces being torn off the roof and to make clean up easy. They didn't stop working. I think the crew took their lunch 2 at a time so that the rest would keep working. When they were done, they cleaned up EVERYTHING. My porch, yard, and driveway were cleaner when they left than when they got here. Never once did they disturb me beyond what was necessary for the job. Very efficient in their work. I looked out a few times and the men were going back and forth and just didn't stop. Complete tear off and replacement of my roof and it looks GREAT
I am completely satisfied with all of it. I called for an estimate and we got the estimate and we were able to get the work done within a week. The guys were on time and hard working. I'm also satisfied with the price. I will definitely go through them again in the future. 5 stars because they are worth it.

Great roofing company, they did an excellent job on our presidential roof. All the workers were always on time, courteous and very accommodating. They did a great job cleaning up, never had any issues. Their prices are competitive but what we like most was the many financing options they offered. Their sales Rep and phone staff were always very responsive anytime we called with questions or if there were any issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do a roof, they got everything done on time as scheduled. Great company.

Peter was very professional and very helpful with options. He is full of knowledge where he is super confident of his work. Indeed it turn out perfect on my commercial property. The company is great and everyone in the company are nice and very clean. I would highly recommend peter and the company to everyone I know. I had other roofers before but this one was super quick and made the process super easy for me.
I had a bad hail storm affect my area and Advanced Roofing did a fantastic job handling all of the work involved with the insurance claim and installation. In the end, Advanced Roofing installed full roofing and siding on my home with no complications and before any other house on the street! Even a year and a half later, they came back within 24 hours of a phone call to complete a minor repair. Excellent service!
