flag on it and they will not remove itThey will not give me information about my account because they do not believe I am *** ***I have faxed my proof of identification and they keep telling me that they don’t have it on file and will contact me when they find the fax.

because:when I received the delinquent notice I called affinity Credit union and spoke to Reynold I*** and he told me to ignore the notice and not to make any payments until my car was soldIf I had known that I was given information from Reynold, I would've continued to make paymentsI trusted Reynold being that he was in charge of my case when I decided to return the leased vehicleI've sent him several emails about this and he has not responded as if yetI can also contact my cellphone provider to retrieve records showing that I spoke to ReynoldFrom my understandingCalls are monitored and recorded so I am sure there has to be a way to trace phone calls

A staff member from Affinity Federal Credit Union spoke with the member on November 12, 2015 letting her know that we are continuing our research and will have a conference call with her regarding the issue

A senior representative from our member service center contacted *** *** to offer him options for payment and offered to reverse the late fee as a courtesyThe member did not seem receptive

A manager from Affinity Federal Credit Union called *** *** to discuss the fee schedule and clear up any confusion the member may haveIn addition, $was returned to *** *** account to refund fees charged for items not clearly displayed as pending

I am rejecting this response because: I was personally driven to the branch office of branh that called meWhen I went in I asked for supervisor to a woman who sits behind the glass room and I was told that she nor no one in the bank could help me, I explained the phone call I received and she still said no helpUpon speaking to the people who called my house phone, I was told they were simply going to explain the practices of their bank and *** and when I asked if that meant receiving any of my children support the answer was more referred to as every their practices not on my returnAs you can see by the attached letter this bank will obviously overdraft a person while there's money in thereI specifically made a deposit into my savings of $to bring my account to $the charge of $came in and left me $instead I was overdrafted again another $which left me with one so $evenIf we add $and $it must be coincidence that enough money was in thereI think this institute should really be investigated, they take thousands from people. Thank you*** *** ***

After investigation, the actions taken by the credit union have been validated. However, in good faith the credit union removed the 30 day mark from [redacted] credit report since the charge was less than $10.00.

According to our investigation, [redacted] has been late with her payment six times in the past six months. Currently the loan is past due.

I am rejecting this response because: Credit Checks are not initiated through email. This is another lie. Whatever "email" they have is fraudulent and just proves I did not ask for a credit check. Please remove this inquiry from my report and stop wasting time.

ID #[redacted] Research showed that beginning on October 14, 2015 the member had a number of [redacted] transactions/transfer debits attempt to clear her account against insufficient funds. [redacted] submitted a number of the debits a 2nd time to try to collect, which again attempted to clear the account...

against insufficient funds. As a courtesy $150.00 (five of the $30 fees) were returned to [redacted] account since the transaction amounts were less than $10. Account activity should be monitored by the member especially as it relates to the [redacted] transfers she initiates.

The senior representative from our member service center indicated to [redacted] that if the payment was not received in a timely fashion there would be a late fee which would be reversed as a courtesy. The payment was received on time; therefore a late fee was not assessed.

On June 8, 2017 [redacted] inquired about refinancing his 2017 Acura. In order to follow the guidelines for refinancing, a credit inquiry is required. A representative from Affinity Federal Credit Union reached out to [redacted] via email although to date has received no response.

The Loan Administration Department is in communication with [redacted]. Details will follow.

After investigation, the actions taken by the credit union have been validated. The member was 67 days past due as of 8/23/17; therefore her request to modify her credit report has been denied and a deficiency notice has been mailed to the member.

[redacted] I requested an email with proof of the posting date, sent from[redacted] I haven't received this as of yet. The supervisor who called me back onlyreiterated the same information she constantly stated when I originally spoke with her. The credit union has madeno attempt to email me the proof I'verequested.

Our records do not show a returned payment. Please call Mr. Ralph P[redacted], Loss Mitigation Manager at [redacted]. Mr. P[redacted] will be happy to discuss your account with you.
