I am truly sorry you had a bad experience in this matterHowever many lenders including *** *** do electronic funding and completion of contractsOnce a contract is signed we electronically then send it to the bankIn some situtations, we call the bank and swap contractsIn Texas for auto purchases once you sign a contract and take delivery of the vehicle, the contract thus has been executedThis is for protection on both the dealer and the customer sideOnce again I am sorry that you felt that you were mistreated and I will address it with the pertaining personnelPlease accept our apollogies

I am sorry for the difficulty and possible mistakes in this situationWe are human and seems like at some point a mistake was made in thinking your paperwork was not completeI believe *** gave you his personal cell phone to take car of any issuesHowever for the situation when you come pick up your license plates I have no problem providing you with a complementary free tanks of gas for the miscommunications. I am rejecting this response because: The problem is not fixed The noise is still there when the air conditioner is turned onYou guys replaced the AC comppresorNow I have to again take the vehicle in for repairs and more waiting and another rental car .As for the original complaint you guys told us you guys were experiencing phone problems and could not communicate with us as to the status of the vehicleA simple cell phone call would have solved this issue

I am rejecting this response because:i got the 2013 on saturday it stopped working that knight nothing worked on it. went to Kia early monday they said they would send a wrecker to get. I went back to Kia  [redacted] sales rep that sold me 2013 ford said they would cancel the 2013 and get me 2014 for $17788 I still have add for it. [redacted] kelp me at Kia for 4 hours I kelp telling him I wanted to go home I did not feel good I live 3 blocks from Kia he said no just wait. by the time I went into sign contract I was a mess I am 73 years old I thought what I was signing was what we had agreed on. they did not go over the contract with me at all just kelp putting papers in front me to sign. they put papers I envelope and then let me go home .put envelope away was feeling too bad to look over them. I payed $6,000 down that would make the car $11,788.  a few days later I got papers from bank about the 2013 ford he said he would cancel. the bank  said it could be canceled! I called bank said they had not canceled it yet they said I also had contract for 2014 ford  financing for $1,7645. I got my contract they sent me home with  it said I was financing $15,674 I thought was too high I did not get $17,645 contract! went to Kia many times  sales manger told me  i signed the  contract so the car was mine!  yes the 2014 has been at dealler for 5 days check engine light was on went to general manager he did agree to pay for repares. I still do not have a car do not know how long it will take to repair. if it will be good when I get it back.

can with these issues. At no point in time has she been without transportation or has anything been charged to her for the repairs. The day that she came in to speak to me I had a morning meeting that had been prescheduled. As soon as it was complete I was able to speak to her and assure her that we were addressing her concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:Damage was clearly hidden on the vehicle, including major body damage. I do not want a return, as I have already replaced the vehicle. I just want it to be known that this dealership was completely shady and ripped me off as a customer. I had a mechanic inspect the vehicle recently and it has been in a major collision and had body work, which the dealership said nothing about.

I am rejecting this response because:I had gone back on Saturday to try and return the original sorento which was all wheel drive and and was lead to another sorento that was not all wheel drive. It is still a 4 cylinder not a six cylinder and was told that it would have more pick up since it was not all wheel drive. I am not seeing any difference. I was told also that I needed to stay around the same price range. The power wasn't the only reason for not liking it, also the small size coming from my Sedona. I felt rushed and was exhausted from not being able to sleep the night before - which they new. I felt like I was being steered away from the six cylinder I don't know if it was because of price or they didn't have any. No where on the paper work am I seeing 6 cylinder, the space for cylinder is blank.

We sold [redacted] a car as she stated. She came back on Monday as discussed. We explained to her that if she wanted a different vehicle that it was not a problem and we could swap contracts with the bank. She looked at the Sedonas but ultimately she could not afford the payment on those vehicles. She...

then decided to go with another Sorento to fit her monthly budget. Her primary concern with the other Sorento was the acceleration of the 4 cylinder she purchased. She then went with a 6 cylinder engine so that it would have more pickup. On our new  vehicles once a contract is signed we send it to the bank. However in certain circumstances like this we do allow the customer to pick out another vehicle that will work for them and send that contract to the bank, instead of the original. This is what was offerred to [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: There were no documents missing and nothing needed to be completed. I want to know why no one knew what was going on, ever. I want to know the person who told this salesperson to come pick up the car when all the paperwork was sitting in your office. I want to know why [redacted] have me a bogus phone number where I've been trying to reach him for weeks. I want to know why I've still had to leave messages with no return call at the dealership. I want to know who is going to compensate me for the severe customer service issues. [redacted] promised free had, car washes, oil changes, etc. Is that going to happen? Do you understand this was by far THE worst car buying experience? And I'm still left feeling as if you all could really care less. My issue isn't that paperwork. My issue is the extreme lack of help, service and know how. We made a huge purchase that was way more that what was discussed at the dealer and when I've asked questions I get the run around.

the vehicle. Vehicle service contracts are offered to ALL customers during the final purchase process. I am not sure what I can offer at this point. We strive for excellence on all levels and adhere to a full disclosure policy for every vehicle we offer to the public. Vehicles that do not meet our standards of excellence are not offered for sale to the public and are wholesaled at local auctions in the greater Austin area. Occasionally, we do acquire inventory that may have an accident on Carfax, however if the vehicle is mechanically sound after reconditioning, we proudly offer the vehicle for sale. Kia of South Austin repurchased this vehicle from [redacted] on 9/24/2016 . please let me know if there is anything we need to do to make sure this case is closed.

We have provided this customer with two fobs that are both operational for the car.  The keys are not necessary when you have two operational fobs.  The car doors will open and car will start.  We have never promised to have additional keys cut for the car because it is not necessary....

Yes to improve the acceleration went from a AWD 4 cyclinder to a 2 wheel drive 4 cyclinder. The other options were out of the customers monthly budget.

If you would like to bring it in we can look at it to make sure it gets fixed propperly.
